Claims (9)
- 마이크로 고무 경도계로 측정한 발포체의 표면 경도가 30° 이상 70° 이하이고, 발포체의 두께 방향의 일방측의 제 1 표면부와 타방측의 제 2 표면부의 중심선 평균 조도(Ra75)가 5㎛ 이상 20㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 발포체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
100℃의 온도 환경 하에서 1시간 후의 길이 방향(MD) 또는 폭 방향(TD)의 가열 수축률이 -15%∼1%이고, 25% 압축 경도가 50kPa 이하인 발포체. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
폴리프로필렌계 수지와 열가소성 엘라스토머를 함유하고, 시차 주사 열량계(DSC)에 의한 흡열 피크가 적어도 100℃ 이상 130℃ 이하, 및 145℃ 이상에 존재하고, 융해 열 용량이 50J/g 이하인 발포체. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
발포체의 두께 방향의 일방측의 제 1 표면부와, 타방측의 제 2 표면부, 발포체 내부가 동일 수지 조성물에 의해 구성되어 있는 발포체. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
제 1 표면부 및 제 2 표면부 중 어느 하나 또는 양쪽의 표면부에 있어서 아래 식(1) 및 식(2)이 충족되고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 발포체.

의사 스킨층의 두께/발포체 내부의 기포 막 두께≤1.5 (식 2) - 적어도 폴리프로필렌계 수지와 열가소성 엘라스토머를 함유하는 수지 조성물을 발포하여 두께 방향의 상하 양 표면에 3㎛ 이상의 스킨층을 갖는 발포체 시트를 제작하는 공정과, 상기 발포체 시트를 두께 방향으로 슬라이스하여 스킨층을 갖지 않는 발포체 시트를 제작하는 공정과, 상기 슬라이스 가공한 발포체 시트를 가열하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발포체의 제조 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 슬라이스 가공한 발포체 시트를 가열하는 공정에 있어서, 상기 발포체 시트를 가열할 때에 110% 이상의 연신 배율로 연신하는 발포체의 제조 방법. - 제 6 항 또는 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 슬라이스 가공한 발포체 시트를 가열하는 공정에 있어서, 상기 발포체 시트의 표면 온도를 식(3)의 범위 내의 온도로 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발포체의 제조 방법.

(여기서, Tm : 발포체 시트의 표면을 구성하는 수지 또는 수지 조성물의 융점(℃), H : 발포체 시트의 표면 온도(℃)) - 제 6 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
발포체 시트를 두께 방향으로 압축하는 공정을 더 포함하는 발포체의 제조 방법.
