Claims (20)
- 겉보기 밀도가 30∼100kg/㎥이고,
두께가 0.1∼3.0㎜이고,
평균 기포 직경이 0.02∼0.2㎜이며,
50% 압축했을 때의 압축 강도가 20∼100kPa이고, 또한,
인장 강도가 800∼2000kPa인 폴리올레핀계 수지 발포 시트로서,
상기 폴리올레핀계 수지 발포 시트가 수지 성분으로서 멜트 플로우 레이트가 0.2∼5g/10분의 범위인 폴리프로필렌계 수지를 20∼80질량%, 멜트 플로우 레이트가 0.2∼15g/10분의 범위인 폴리에틸렌계 플라스토머를 20∼80질량% 포함하고, 열가소성 엘라스토머를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀계 수지 발포 시트. - 제 1 항에 있어서,

상기 점착 테이프가 전자 기기용 점착 테이프인 점착 테이프. - 멜트 플로우 레이트가 0.2∼5g/10분의 범위인 폴리프로필렌계 수지 20∼80질량%와, 멜트 플로우 레이트가 0.2∼15g/10분의 범위인 폴리에틸렌계 플라스토머 20∼80질량%를 함유하고, 열가소성 엘라스토머를 추가로 함유하는 폴리올레핀계 수지 조성물을 발포제로서의 초임계 상태의 탄산 가스와 함께 압출기 내에서 용융 혼련하고, 얻어진 혼련물을 상기 압출기 선단에 장착된 금형으로부터 압출 발포시켜 폴리올레핀계 수지 발포 시트를 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀계 수지 발포 시트의 제조 방법.

상기 폴리올레핀계 수지 발포 시트가 반독립 반연속 기포 구조 또는 연속 기포 구조를 갖는 폴리올레핀계 수지 발포 시트의 제조 방법. - 제 14 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리올레핀계 수지 발포 시트가 점착 테이프 기재용 발포체인 폴리올레핀계 수지 발포 시트의 제조 방법. - 제 11 항의 실링재용 기재와,
