Claims (19)
- 둘 이상의 층, 제 1 층 및 제 2 층의 층 소자 (LE) 를 포함하는 물품으로서,
- 제 1 층은 하기로부터 선택되는 (a) 에틸렌 공중합체를 포함하고:
(a1) 실란 기(들) 함유 단위를 갖는 에틸렌 공중합체; 또는
(a2) (C1-C6)-알킬 아크릴레이트 또는 (C1-C6)-알킬 (C1-C6)-알킬아크릴레이트 공단량체(들)로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 극성 공단량체(들)을 갖는 에틸렌 공중합체 (여기서, 공중합체 (a2) 는 실란 기(들) 함유 단위를 갖고, 공중합체 (a2) 는 공중합체 (a1) 과 상이함);
- 제 2 층은 (b) 프로필렌 (PP) 중합체를 포함하고,
층 소자 (LE) 의 제 1 층 및 제 2 층은 서로 접촉하여 부착되어 있는 물품. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
- 에틸렌 공중합체 (a) 가 하기로부터 선택되는 물품:
(a1) 실란 기(들) 함유 공단량체를 갖는 에틸렌 공중합체; 또는
(a2) (C1-C6)-알킬 아크릴레이트 공단량체로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 극성 공단량체(들) 및 실란 기(들) 함유 공단량체를 갖는 에틸렌 공중합체. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 극성 공단량체가 0.5 내지 30.0 mol% 의 양으로 에틸렌 공중합체 (a2) 에 존재하고, 바람직하게는 극성 공단량체가 (C1-C6)-알킬 아크릴레이트 공단량체, 보다 바람직하게는 메틸 아크릴레이트, 에틸 아크릴레이트 또는 부틸 아크릴레이트 공단량체로부터 선택되는 물품.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 에틸렌 공중합체 (a1) 또는 에틸렌 공중합체 (a2) 의 실란 기(들) 함유 단위 또는, 바람직하게는, 실란 기(들) 함유 공단량체가 식 (I) 로 나타나는 가수분해성 불포화 실란 화합물인 물품:

바람직하게는 에틸렌 공중합체 (a1) 또는 에틸렌 공중합체 (a2) 에 존재하는 실란 기(들) 함유 단위 또는, 바람직하게는, 실란 기(들) 함유 공단량체의 양은 0.01 내지 2.0 mol% 이고;
바람직하게는 에틸렌 공중합체 (a1) 및 에틸렌 공중합체 (a2) 는 라디칼 개시제를 사용하는 고압 중합 방법에서 중합에 의해 제조됨. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
- 프로필렌 (PP) 중합체 (b) 가 프로필렌의 동종중합체 또는 공중합체이고, 적합하게는 프로필렌 (PP) 중합체 (b) 가 적어도 하나의 프로필렌의 공중합체이고;
바람직하게는 프로필렌 (PP) 중합체 (b) 가 하기를 포함하는 프로필렌의 헤테로상 공중합체 (A) 를 포함하는 프로필렌 (iPP) 의 헤테로상 공중합체이고:
- 폴리프로필렌 매트릭스 성분 (a1) 및
- 상기 폴리프로필렌 매트릭스 (a1) 에 분산되어 있는 엘라스토머성 프로필렌 공중합체 성분 (a2);
프로필렌의 헤테로상 공중합체 (A) 가 명세서의 측정 방법에 기재된 바와 같이 측정된 경우, 적어도 145℃ 의 용융 온도 (Tm) (DSC), 및 적어도 90℃ 의 비캇 연화 온도 (Vicat A) (ASTM D 1525, 방법 A 에 따름, 50℃/h, 10N) 를 갖는 물품. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 프로필렌의 헤테로상 공중합체 (A) 가 하나 이상의 (임의의 순서로), 바람직하게는 모든 하기의 추가 특성을 갖는 물품:
ISO 1133 (230℃ 및 2.16 kg 로드에서) 에 따라 측정된 경우, 0.2 내지 20, 바람직하게는 0.2 내지 15.0, 바람직하게는 0.5 내지 15 g/10 min 의 MFR2,
명세서의 측정 방법에서 기재된 바와 같이 측정된 경우, 3 내지 40, 바람직하게는 5 내지 37 wt% 의 양의 자일렌 저온 가용물 (XCS) 분획,
명세서의 측정 방법에서 기재된 바와 같이 측정된 경우, 0.5 내지 20, 바람직하게는 1.0 내지 20 wt% 의 공단량체 함량, 바람직하게는 공단량체(들)은 에틸렌 및/또는 C4-C8 알파 올레핀 공단량체, 보다 바람직하게는 에틸렌으로부터 선택됨,
명세서의 측정 방법에서 기재된 바와 같이 ISO178 에 따라 측정된 경우, 적어도 700, 바람직하게는 750 내지 2500 MPa 의 인장 모듈러스; 및/또는
명세서의 측정 방법에서 기재된 바와 같이 측정된 경우, 900 내지 910 kg/㎥ 의 밀도. - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 층 소자 (LE) 의 제 1 층이 50 wt% 초과의 에틸렌 공중합체 (a) 를 포함하는 물품.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 층 소자 (LE) 의 제 2 층이 25 wt% 초과, 바람직하게는 30 내지 99.8 wt% 의 프로필렌 (PP) 중합체 (b) 를 포함하는 물품.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 층 소자 (LE) 중 적어도 하나의 층이 충전제, 안료, 카본 블랙 또는 난연제를 포함하고, 바람직하게는 둘 이상의 층 중 하나, 바람직하게는 적어도 층 소자 (LE) 의 제 2 층이 안료 또는 충전제를 포함하는 물품.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 층 소자 (LE) 의 제 1 층 및 제 2 층의 부착면이 서로 직접 접촉하고 있거나, 제 1 층 및 제 2 층의 부착면 사이에 접착제 층이 존재하고, 바람직하게는 층 소자 (LE) 의 제 1 층 및 제 2 층의 부착면이 서로 직접 접촉되는 물품.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 둘 이상의 층의 층 소자 (LE) 를 포함하는 다층 필름인 물품.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 둘 이상의 층 소자를 포함하는 어셈블리 (assembly) 로서, 하나 이상의 층 소자가 상기 둘 이상의 층의 층 소자 (LE) 인 물품.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 광전지 소자 및 하나 이상의 추가의 층 소자를 포함하는 광전지 (PV) 모듈로서, 하나 이상의 층 소자가 상기 둘 이상의 층의 층 소자 (LE) 인 물품.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 제시된 순서대로, 보호성 전방 층 소자, 전방 캡슐화 층 소자, 광전지 소자 및 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 정의된 상기 둘 이상의 층의 층 소자 (LE) 를 포함하는 광전지 (PV) 모듈.
- 제 13 항 또는 제 14 항에 있어서, 층 소자 (LE) 의 제 2 층에 부착되는 면 (=표면) 반대의 제 1 층의 면 (=표면) 이 PV 모듈의 광전지 소자와 접촉하여 부착되는 광전지 (PV) 모듈.
- 하기 단계를 포함하는, 제 1 항 내지 제 15 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 물품의 층 소자 (LE) 의 제조 방법:
- 층 소자 (LE) 의 제 1 및 제 2 층을 압출 또는 라미네이션 (lamination) 에 의해 함께 부착하는 단계, 및
- 형성된 층 소자 (LE) 를 회수하는 단계. - 하기에 의한, 제 13 항 내지 제 15 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 광전지 (PV) 모듈의 제조 방법:
- 광전지 소자, 층 소자 (LE) 및 임의적 추가 층 소자를 광전지 (PV) 모듈 어셈블리로 어셈블하는 단계;
- 승온에서 광전지 (PV) 모듈 어셈블리의 층 소자를 라미네이트하여 소자를 함께 부착하는 단계; 및
- 수득된 광전지 (PV) 모듈을 회수하는 단계. - 제시된 순서대로, 보호성 전방 층 소자, 전방 캡슐화 층 소자, 광전지 소자, 후방 캡슐화 층 소자 및 보호성 백 층 소자를 포함하는 광전지 (PV) 모듈의 퍼텐셜 유도 분해 (PID) 에 대한 저항을 증가시키기 위한 또는 심지어 퍼텐셜 유도 분해 (PID) 를 방지하기 위한, 메인 중합체성 성분으로서 프로필렌 중합체를 포함하는 보호성 백 층 소자; 및 전방 캡슐화 층 소자 및 후방 캡슐화 층 소자 (두 캡슐화 층 소자는 메인 중합체성 성분으로서, 하기로부터 선택되는 (a) 에틸렌 공중합체를 포함하고, 바람직하게는 이로 이루어짐) 의 용도:
(a1) 실란 기(들) 함유 단위를 갖는 에틸렌 공중합체; 또는
