- 성분 조성은, 질량%로,
C: 0.12% 이상 0.28% 이하,
Si: 0.80% 이상 2.20% 이하,
Mn: 1.50% 이상 3.00% 이하,
P: 0.001% 이상 0.100% 이하,
S: 0.0200% 이하,
Al: 0.010% 이상 1.000% 이하,
N: 0.0005% 이상 0.0100% 이하
를 함유하고, 잔부가 Fe 및 불가피적 불순물로 이루어지고,
강 조직은,
페라이트가, 면적률로 20.0% 이상 60.0% 이하,
베이니틱 페라이트, 템퍼링 마르텐사이트, 퀀칭 마르텐사이트 및 잔류 오스테나이트로 이루어지는 경질상이, 면적률의 합계로 40.0% 이상 80.0% 이하이고,
상기 경질상 전체에 대한 베이니틱 페라이트가, 면적률로, 35.0% 이상 55.0% 이하,
상기 경질상 전체에 대한 템퍼링 마르텐사이트가, 면적률로, 20.0% 이상 40.0% 이하,
상기 경질상 전체에 대한 퀀칭 마르텐사이트가, 면적률로, 3.0% 이상 15.0% 이하,
상기 경질상 전체에 대한 잔류 오스테나이트가, 면적률로, 5.0% 이상 20.0% 이하이고,
상기 잔류 오스테나이트 중의 C량이, 질량%로, 0.6% 이상이고,
상기 퀀칭 마르텐사이트 중의 C량에 대한 상기 템퍼링 마르텐사이트 중의 C량의 비가, 0.2 이상 1.0 미만이고,
인장 강도(TS)가 980㎫ 이상, 항복비(YR)가 55∼75%, 인장 강도(TS)와 전체 신장(El)의 곱(TS×El)이 23500㎫·% 이상, 인장 강도(TS)와 구멍 확장률(λ)의 곱(TS×λ)이 24500㎫·% 이상인 고강도 강판. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 강 조직은, 추가로, 상기 잔류 오스테나이트의 평균 결정 입경이 0.2㎛ 이상 5.0㎛ 이하인 고강도 강판. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 성분 조성에 더하여, 질량%로,
Ti: 0.001% 이상 0.100% 이하,
Nb: 0.001% 이상 0.100% 이하,
V: 0.001% 이상 0.100% 이하,
B: 0.0001% 이상 0.0100% 이하,
Mo: 0.01% 이상 0.50% 이하,
Cr: 0.01% 이상 1.00% 이하,
Cu: 0.01% 이상 1.00% 이하,
Ni: 0.01% 이상 0.50% 이하,
As: 0.001% 이상 0.500% 이하,
Sb: 0.001% 이상 0.200% 이하,

중에서 선택되는 적어도 1종을 함유하는 고강도 강판. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
강판 표면에 도금층을 갖는 고강도 강판. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 고강도 강판의 제조 방법으로서,
강 소재를 가열하고,
이어서, 마무리 압연의 최종 패스의 압하율: 5% 이상 15% 이하, 마무리 압연 출측 온도: 800℃ 이상 1000℃ 이하로 하는 열간 압연을 행하고,
이어서, 권취 온도: 600℃ 이하에서 권취하고,
이어서, 냉간 압연을 행하고,
이어서, (1)식으로 정의되는 온도를 Ta 온도(℃), (2)식으로 정의되는 온도를 Tb 온도(℃)로 할 때,
가열 온도: 720℃ 이상 Ta 온도 이하에서 10s 이상 보열한 후,
당해 가열 온도 이하 600℃ 이상까지의 평균 냉각 속도: 10℃/s 이상으로 하고, 냉각 정지 온도: (Tb 온도-100℃) 이상 Tb 온도 이하까지 냉각한 후,
재가열 온도: A 이상 560℃ 이하(A: 350℃≤A≤450℃를 충족하는 임의의 온도(℃))까지 재가열한 후,
보존 유지 온도(A): 350℃ 이상 450℃ 이하에서 10s 이상 보존 유지의 어닐링을 행하는 고강도 강판의 제조 방법.
Ta 온도(℃)=946-203×[%C]1/2+45×[%Si]-30×[%Mn]+150×[%Al]-20×[%Cu]+11×[%Cr]+400×[%Ti] …(1)
또한, [%X]는, 강 중의 성분 원소 X의 함유량(질량%)을 나타내고, 함유하지 않는 경우는 0으로 한다.
Tb 온도(℃)=435-566×[%C]-150×[%C]×[%Mn]-7.5×[%Si]+15×[%Cr]-67.6×[%C]×[%Cr] …(2)
또한, [%X]는, 강 중의 성분 원소 X의 함유량(질량%)을 나타내고, 함유하지 않는 경우는 0으로 한다. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 권취 후, 450℃ 이상 650℃ 이하의 열처리 온도역에서, 900s 이상 보존 유지하는 열처리를 행하는 고강도 강판의 제조 방법. - 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서,
상기 어닐링의 후에, 도금 처리를 실시하는 고강도 강판의 제조 방법.
