Claims (8)
- 내부에 고전압배터리 및 보조배터리가 배치되고, 외주면에 냉각수가 유출입되는 입구포트 및 출구포트가 형성된 하우징;
상기 입구포트로부터 냉각수가 전달되어 내부공간을 유동하도록 형성되고, 상기 고전압배터리에 열전달 가능하도록 설치된 냉각채널; 및
상기 냉각채널로부터 배출되는 냉각수를 공급받고, 상기 보조배터리에 열전달 가능하도록 설치되어 상기 보조배터리를 냉각하는 냉각모듈;을 포함하는 배터리 통합냉각장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 냉각모듈은, 상기 보조배터리의 전방 측에 구비되고, 상기 냉각채널로부터 냉각수를 공급받는 유입구와, 내부의 냉각수를 상기 출구포트로 배출하는 배출구로 구성된 챔버를 이루는 냉각블록; 및
상기 냉각블록으로부터 연장되어 상기 보조배터리의 일측면에 열전달 가능하도록 설치된 냉각플레이트;를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 통합냉각장치. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 고전압배터리는 복수개로 구비되어 상기 하우징의 내부 양측에 서로 이격되도록 각각 설치되고,
상기 보조배터리는 상기 복수의 고전압배터리 사이 지점에 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 통합냉각장치. - 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 냉각블록은 양측면에 각각 하나씩의 유입구가 형성되고, 일측면에 단일의 배출구가 형성되며,
상기 입구포트 및 출구포트는 상기 하우징의 전면부에 형성되고,
상기 입구포트와 냉각채널 입구를 연결하는 제1유로, 상기 냉각채널 출구와 유입구를 연결하는 제2유로, 상기 배출구와 출구포트를 연결하는 제3유로가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 통합냉각장치. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 냉각모듈은, 일단부가 상기 냉각플레이트와 상기 보조배터리의 일측면 사이에 접하는 플레이트 형상으로 형성되고, 일단부로부터 상기 보조배터리를 관통하도록 직교방향으로 연장된 핀 형상으로 형성된 열전도성 재질의 냉각핀;을 더 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 통합냉각장치. - 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 보조배터리는, 배터리셀;
상기 배터리셀의 상하부를 덮는 배터리하우징; 및
양단부가 상기 배터리하우징에 고정되어 상기 배터리셀의 양측면을 덮고, 외주면에 상기 냉각핀의 일단부 또는 타단부가 안착되는 삽입홈이 형성되며, 중간부에 상기 냉각핀이 관통하도록 관통홀이 형성된 배터리커버;로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 통합냉각장치. - 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 배터리커버는 열계면물질로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 통합냉각장치. - 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 냉각핀은 복수 개로 구비되어, 상기 보조배터리의 전후방향을 따라 상기 배터리셀과 교번하여 적층되도록 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 통합냉각장치.
