Claims (13)
- 공기가 유입되는 인렛덕트와, 상기 공기를 배출하는 아웃렛덕트가 장착된 하우징;
상기 하우징에 장착되고, 상기 인렛덕트와 상기 아웃렛덕트 사이에 배치된 고전압배터리; 및
상기 고전압배터리와 상기 인렛덕트 사이에 배치된 저전압 배터리를 포함하는 차량용 통합 배터리.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 하우징에는,
상기 인렛덕트로부터 유입된 공기가 상기 아웃렛덕트로 흐르는 냉각유로가 형성되고,
상기 냉각유로는,
상기 고전압배터리를 직접냉각시키고, 상기 저전압 배터리를 간접냉각시키도록 형성된 차량용 통합 배터리.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 하우징에는,
상기 고전압배터리가 복수개 구비되고,
상기 고전압배터리와 상기 저전압 배터리는 직렬로 배치되고,
상기 냉각유로를 통하여 상기 고전압배터리 및 상기 저전압 배터리로 공기를 유도하는 브라켓을 포함하는 차량용 통합 배터리.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 브라켓은, 베플 형상으로 형성된 차량용 통합 배터리.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 브라켓은,
상기 냉각유로를 통하여 흐르는 공기를 상기 고전압배터리로 유도하도록 배치된는 차량용 통합 배터리.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 브라켓은,
상기 고전압배터리의 사이에 적어도 하나 이상이 구비된 차량용 통합 배터리.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 저전압 배터리는,
내부에 구비된 복수의 셀과,
상기 냉각유로와 열교환되는 히트 싱크와,
상기 복수의 셀에서 발생하는 열을 상기 히트 싱크로 전달하는 냉각 플레이트를 포함하는 차량용 통합 배터리.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 고전압배터리와 상기 저전압 배터리를 제어하는 제어부(Electronic Control Unit)를 포함하는 차량용 통합 배터리.
- 장방형으로 수용부가 형성된 하우징;
상기 하우징에 외부 공기를 유입시키는 인렛덕트;
상기 인렛덕트에서 유입된 공기를 외부로 배출시키는 아웃렛덕트;
상기 수용부에 배치된 고전압배터리; 및
상기 고전압배터리와 상기 인렛덕트 사이에 상기 고전압배터리와 직렬로 배치된 저전압 배터리를 포함하는 통합 배터리.
- 제9항에 있어서,
상기 인렛덕트와 상기 아웃렛덕트 사이를 공기가 이동하며 상기 고전압배터리및 상기 저전압 배터리와 열교환하는 냉각유로가 형성된 차량용 통합 배터리.
- 제10항에 있어서,
상기 하우징에는,
상기 인렛덕트를 통하여 유입된 공기 중 일부를 상기 저전압 배터리와 열교환된 후, 상기 고전압배터리로 이동하도록 상기 냉각유로의 방향을 조절하는 브라켓을 포함하는 차량용 통합 배터리.
- 제11항에 있어서,
상기 브라켓은 복수개로 구비되고,
상기 고전압배터리는,
제 1배터리 모듈과 제 2배터리 모듈을 포함하고,
상기 제 1배터리 모듈과 상기 제 2배터리 모듈의 사이에 제 1브라켓이 구비된 차량용 통합 배터리 냉각 장치.
- 제12항에 있어서,
상기 저전압 배터리와 상기 제 1배터리 모듈 사이에 제 2브라켓이 구비된 차량용 통합 배터리.
