Claims (15)
- 차량의 리어시트(500)와 플로어패널(600) 사이에 배치되고, 개구된 단부가 차량 실내와 연통되어 실내 공기를 흡입하도록 마련된 흡입부(100);
상기 흡입부(100)의 후단부가 리어시트(500)와 플로어패널(600) 사이에서 차량 후방측으로 연장되어, 실내 공기가 통과하는 유로를 형성하는 연장부(200); 및
상기 연장부(200)의 후단부로부터 차량의 후방으로 연장되어 형성되고, 상기 연장부(200)를 통과한 실내 공기를 개구된 단부를 통해 차량의 배터리측으로 배출하는 토출부(400);를 포함하고,
상기 연장부(200)의 상면에는 내측으로 만입된 비딩(213)이 길이방향으로 형성되고, 상기 비딩(213)은 복수개가 평행하게 이격되어 배치되되 상기 비딩(213)은 지그재그 형상으로 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리냉각덕트. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 토출부(400)는 개구된 단부가 배터리 하우징(800)과 직접 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리냉각덕트. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 흡입부(100)에서부터 상기 토출부(400)까지는 차량 리어시트(500)의 좌측좌석과 우측좌석 사이 아래 지점에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리냉각덕트. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 흡입부(100)에서부터 상기 토출부(400)까지의 하단부와 플로어패널(600) 사이에는 패드(700)가 마련되어 리어시트(500)로부터 전달되는 충격으로부터 완충작용을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리냉각덕트. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 토출부(400)는 상기 연장부(200)의 후단부에서 분기되는 다수의 덕트로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리냉각덕트. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 연장부(200)의 상면(210)에는 길이방향을 따라 내측으로 만입된 포밍(211)이 형성되고, 상기 포밍(211)은 복수개가 평행하게 배열되도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리냉각덕트. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 연장부(200)의 상면(210)과 하면(230)에는 대응하는 모양으로 형성되어 상기 포밍(211)의 만입된 부분이 서로 맞닿아 리어시트(500)로부터 전달되는 하중을 지지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리냉각덕트. - 삭제

상기 연장부(200)의 하면(230)에는 요철(231)이 형성되어 상기 비딩(213)의 끝단부와 맞닿아 리어시트(500)로부터 전달되는 하중을 지지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리냉각덕트. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 연장부(200)의 상면(210)으로부터 하면(230)으로 부싱(215)이 관통하고, 상기 부싱(215)은 상기 연장부(200)의 길이 방향을 따라 복수개가 평행하게 배열된 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리냉각덕트. - 제11항에 있어서,
상기 부싱(215)은 지그재그 형상으로 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리냉각덕트. - 제11항에 있어서,
상기 연장부(200)의 하면(230)에는 요철(231)이 형성되어, 상기 부싱(215)의 끝단부와 맞닿아 리어시트(500)로부터 전달되는 하중을 지지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리냉각덕트. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 연장부(200)에는 상면(210)과 하면(230) 사이에 복수개의 리브(217)가 길이 방향으로 평행하게 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리냉각덕트. - 제14항에 있어서,
상기 연장부(200)의 하면(230)에는 요철(231)이 형성되어 상기 리브(217)의 끝단부와 맞닿아 리어시트(500)로부터 전달되는 하중을 지지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리냉각덕트.
