Claims (13)
- 차량에 기본적으로 장착된 기본 배터리팩; 및
상기 차량에 선택적으로 탑재가능한 보조 배터리팩;을 포함하고,
상기 보조 배터리팩은 상기 기본 배터리팩에 대해 직렬 또는 병렬로 접속되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 기본 배터리팩 및 보조 배터리팩 각각에는 냉각유체를 순환시키는 냉각라인이 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 배터리장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 기본 배터리팩 및 상기 보조 배터리팩 각각은 복수의 셀을 포함하고,
상기 기본 배터리팩에는 상기 기본 배터리팩 및 상기 보조 배터리팩를 관리하는 배터리 관리유닛이 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 배터리장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 기본 배터리팩 및 상기 보조 배터리팩 각각에는 복수의 셀을 개별적으로 관리하는 셀 관리유닛이 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 배터리장치. - 차량에 기본적으로 장착된 기본 배터리팩; 및
상기 차량에 선택적으로 탑재가능한 보조 배터리팩;을 포함하고,
상기 보조 배터리팩은 상기 기본 배터리팩에 대해 직렬로 접속되며,
상기 기본 배터리팩 및 상기 보조 배터리팩 각각은 직렬로 접속된 복수의 모듈을 가지고,
상기 모듈은 직렬로 접속된 복수의 서브모듈을 가지며,
상기 서브모듈은 2 이상의 셀이 병렬로 접속되어 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 배터리장치. - 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 모듈과 모듈 사이에는 퓨즈가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 배터리장치. - 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 보조 배터리팩에는 세이프티스위치가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 배터리장치. - 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 보조 배터리팩은 정션박스를 통해 상기 기본 배터리팩에 직렬로 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 배터리장치. - 차량에 기본적으로 장착된 기본 배터리팩;
상기 차량에 선택적으로 탑재가능하고, 상기 기본 배터리팩에 대해 병렬로 접속되는 보조 배터리팩; 및
상기 기본 배터리팩에 설치되고, 복수의 릴레이를 가지며, 상기 복수의 릴레이의 동작 여부에 따라 상기 기본 배터리팩의 동작전원을 부하 측으로 공급하도록 스위칭하는 파워릴레이조립체(Power Relay assembly);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 배터리장치. - 청구항 8에 있어서,
상기 보조 배터리팩에 설치되고, 상기 기본 배터리팩과 상기 보조 배터리팩 사이의 전압레벨 밸런싱을 맞추는 양방향 전력변환부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 배터리장치. - 청구항 9에 있어서,
상기 기본 배터리팩과 상기 보조 배터리팩은 상기 양방향 전력변환부에 의해 서로간의 전압레벨에 대한 밸런싱을 유지하면서 방전되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 배터리장치. - 청구항 8에 있어서,
상기 보조 배터리팩에 설치되고, 하나 이상의 보조 릴레이를 가진 보조 파워릴레이조립체를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 배터리장치. - 청구항 11에 있어서,
상기 보조 릴레이는 래치릴레이인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 배터리장치. - 청구항 8에 있어서,
상기 보조 배터리팩에 설치되고, 복수의 보조 릴레이를 가지며, 상기 복수의 보조 릴레이의 동작 여부에 따라 상기 보조 배터리팩의 동작전원을 부하 측으로 공급하도록 스위칭하는 보조 파워릴레이조립체를 더 포함하고,
상기 파워릴레이조립체의 릴레이들과 상기 보조 파워릴레이조립체의 보조 릴레이는 연결선을 통해 개별적으로 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 배터리장치.
