Abstract
(해결 수단) 가공구 (60) 를 장착한 스핀들 (611) 을 고속 회전시키고 가공구 (60) 에 가공수를 공급하여 유지 테이블 (30) 이 유지한 피가공물 (W) 을 가공하는 가공 장치 (1) 의 수온 설정 방법으로서, 가공구 (60) 의 고속 회전에 의해 가공구 (60) 로부터 비산된 가공수의 기화에 의한 온도 저하를 고려하여, 가공구 (60) 에 공급하는 가공수의 설정 온도를, 스핀들 (611) 을 고속 회전시키는 스핀들 유닛 (61) 을 냉각시키는 스핀들 냉각수의 설정 온도보다 높게 조정한다.

Claims (1)
- 가공구를 장착한 스핀들을 고속 회전시키고 그 가공구에 가공수를 공급하여 유지 테이블이 유지한 피가공물을 가공하는 가공 장치의 수온 설정 방법으로서,
그 가공구의 고속 회전에 의해 그 가공구로부터 비산된 가공수의 기화에 의한 온도 저하를 고려하여, 그 가공구에 공급하는 가공수의 설정 온도를, 스핀들을 고속 회전시키는 스핀들 유닛을 냉각시키는 스핀들 냉각수의 설정 온도보다 높게 조정하는, 가공 장치의 수온 설정 방법.
