도 2는 도 1 중의 컨트롤러에 의한 제어를 구체화하여 나타내는 제어 블록도이다.
도 3은 도 2 중의 노면 추정부에 의한 제어를 구체화하여 나타내는 제어 블록도이다.
도 4는 도 2 중의 베이스 제어부에 의한 제어를 구체화하여 나타내는 제어 블록도이다.
도 5는 굴곡 레벨, 목표 감쇠력, 지령치 및 상하 가속도의 특성을 나타내는 특성선도이다.
도 6은 제1 변형예의 베이스 제어부에 의한 제어를 구체화하여 나타내는 제어 블록도이다.

Claims (7)
- 차량 거동 제어 장치로서, 상기 차량 거동 제어 장치는,
차량의 차체측과 차륜측 사이에 설치되고 상기 차체측 및 상기 차륜측의 사이에서 조정 가능한 힘을 발생시키는 힘 발생 기구와,
상기 차량의 전방의 노면 상태를 피드포워드 노면 상태치로서 검출 가능한 노면 상태 검출부와,
상기 차량의 차체가 거동하는 상태를 검출 또는 추정하여 상기 차체의 거동 정보를 피드백 노면 상태치로서 산출하는 차체 거동 정보 산출부와,
상기 차체 거동 정보 산출부의 값에 기초하여, 상기 힘 발생 기구에서 발생시켜야 할 힘을 구하고, 그 명령 신호를 상기 힘 발생 기구에 출력하는 발생 기구 제어부
를 포함하고,
상기 발생 기구 제어부는, 상기 힘 발생 기구가 발생시키는 힘의 하한이 되는 상기 명령 신호의 하한치를 구하는 베이스 제어부를 가지며,
상기 노면 상태 검출부의 검출 결과에 기초하여, 상기 베이스 제어부에 의한 상기 명령 신호의 하한치를 보정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 거동 제어 장치. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 베이스 제어부는, 적어도 상기 차량의 주행 속도에 기초하여 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 거동 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 발생 기구 제어부는, 상기 노면 상태 검출부에 의한 피드포워드 노면 상태치와 상기 차체 거동 정보 산출부에 의한 피드백 노면 상태치를 비교하여, 높은 쪽의 상태치를 상기 발생 기구 제어부의 입력치에 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 거동 제어 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 노면 상태 검출부에 의해 차량 전방의 노면이 포트홀인 것을 판단했을 때, 상기 베이스 제어부에 의한 상기 힘 발생 기구가 발생시키는 힘의 명령 신호를 크게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 거동 제어 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 노면 상태 검출부에 의해 차량 전방의 노면이 굴곡로인 것을 판단했을 때, 상기 베이스 제어부에 의한 상기 힘 발생 기구가 발생시키는 힘의 명령 신호를 작게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 거동 제어 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 노면 상태 검출부에 의해 차량 전방의 노면이 굴곡로인 것을 판단했을 때, 상기 발생 기구 제어부는, 제어 게인을 낮추는 명령 신호를 내는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 거동 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 노면 상태 검출부의 검출 결과에 기초하여, 상기 베이스 제어부에 의한 상기 명령 신호의 하한치를 보정할 때, 상기 발생 기구 제어부에 의한 명령 신호를 크게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 거동 제어 장치.
