Claims (8)
- 바인더 수지 및 필러를 함유하는 내열층과, 폴리올레핀을 주성분으로서 함유하는 기재 다공질 필름이 적층된 적층 다공질 필름의 제조 방법으로서,
상기 내열층에 함유되는 필러가, 1 차 입자경이 0.2 ∼ 1 ㎛ 인 무기 필러 (a) 와 1 차 입자경이 0.01 ∼ 0.1 ㎛ 인 무기 필러 (b) 로 실질적으로 이루어지고,
상기 내열층에 있어서의 무기 필러 (b) 의 2 차 응집체의 입자경이, 무기 필러 (a) 의 1 차 입자경의 2 배 이하이고,
상기 무기 필러 (a) 와 상기 무기 필러 (b) 와 바인더 수지와 용매를 함유하는 도공액을, 상기 기재 다공질 필름의 표면에 도공하고, 이어서 용매를 제거하는 공정을 포함하고,
상기 용매가, 물을 50 중량% 이상 함유하는, 적층 다공질 필름의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 무기 필러 (a) 와 상기 무기 필러 (b) 의 체적비가 80/20 ∼ 99/1 인, 적층 다공질 필름. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 무기 필러 (a) 가, 복수 개의 1 차 입자가 고착된 형태의 비구상의 연결 입자를 주성분으로서 함유하는, 적층 다공질 필름의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 무기 필러 (a) 및 상기 무기 필러 (b) 의 양방이 알루미나인, 적층 다공질 필름의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 바인더 수지가 수용성 폴리머인, 적층 다공질 필름의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 무기 필러 (b) 가, 기상법에 의해 제조된 무기 필러인, 적층 다공질 필름의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 도공액을 도공하기 전에, 상기 기재 다공질 필름에 친수화 처리를 실시하는, 적층 다공질 필름의 제조 방법. - 바인더 수지 및 필러를 함유하는 내열층과 전극 시트가 적층된 적층 전극 시트의 제조 방법으로서,
상기 내열층에 함유되는 필러가, 1 차 입자경이 0.2 ∼ 1 ㎛ 인 무기 필러 (a) 와 1 차 입자경이 0.01 ∼ 0.1 ㎛ 인 무기 필러 (b) 로 실질적으로 이루어지고,
상기 내열층에 있어서의 무기 필러 (b) 의 2 차 응집체의 입자경이, 무기 필러 (a) 의 1 차 입자경의 2 배 이하이고,
상기 무기 필러 (a) 와 상기 무기 필러 (b) 와 바인더 수지와 용매를 함유하는 도공액을, 상기 전극 시트의 표면에 도공하고, 이어서 용매를 제거하는 공정을 포함하고,
상기 용매가, 물을 50 중량% 이상 함유하는, 적층 전극 시트의 제조 방법.
