Claims (10)
- 양파껍질 70중량% 내지 95중량% 및 스테비아 30중량% 내지 5%을 혼합한 혼합물로부터 유래되는 추출물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 스테비아를 포함하는 양파껍질 효소 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 스테비아는 스테비올(steviol), 스테비올 전구체, 또는 스테비오사이드(stevioside) 및/또는 레바우디오사이드(rebaudioside) A 중 적어도 하나 이상을 함유하는 추출물인 것을 특징으로 하는 스테비아를 포함하는 양파껍질 효소 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 양파껍질 효소 조성물은 환, 분말 또는 캡슐 형태로 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스테비아를 포함하는 양파껍질 효소 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 양파껍질의 추출물은 용매 추출 또는 열수추출 방법으로 제조되는 추출물인 것을 특징으로 하는 스테비아를 포함하는 양파껍질 효소 조성물.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 용매는 정제수, 탄소수 1 내지 5의 알코올류 또는 유기 용매인 것을 특징으로 하는 스테비아를 포함하는 양파껍질 효소 조성물.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 용매는 에탄올, 메탄올, 프로판올, 부탄올, 에탄올 수용액 또는 메탄올 수용액인 것을 특징으로 하는 스테비아를 포함하는 양파껍질 효소 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 하나에 따른 양파껍질 효소 조성물 및 사료를 3:7 내지 2:8의 함량비로 포함하는 효소사료.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 효소사료는 양파껍질 효소 조성물 및 사료를 3:7 내지 2:8의 중량비로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 효소사료.
- 양파껍질 70중량% 내지 95중량% 및 스테비아 30중량% 내지 5%를 혼합한 혼합물로부터 유래되는 추출물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 스테비아를 포함하는 양파껍질 효소 조성물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 추출물은 2개월 내지 4개월 동안 숙성과정을 거쳐 효소화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스테비아를 포함하는 양파껍질 효소 조성물을 제조하는 방법.
