- 비파나무 발효 추출물과 전복의 한방 복합 열수 추출물이 혼합 조성된 건강 기능성 복합 추출물의 제조 방법에 있어서,
세척 건조한 비파 나무 잎과 비파 나무 가지 및 발아 현미를 각각 핀밀(Pin mill)을 이용하여 직경 1 mm 내외로 조분쇄한 다음, 터보밀(Turbo mill)에서 비터(beater)회전속도 6,750 rpm으로 미분쇄하고 공기분급장치에서 분급휠 속도(air classifying wheel speed) 5,000-7,500 rpm으로 공기 분급을 실시하여 세포벽이 파괴된 초미세 분말 형태의 비파 나무 잎과 비파 나무 가지 및 발아 현미의 분말상 원료를 중량비로 2:1:0.1 비율로 혼합한 비파 혼합 원료에 상기 비파 혼합 원료 대비 5 중량 %의 발효 미생물과 산야초 효소를 각각 혼합하고 효소 발효조에서 48시간 저온 발효시켜 비파 나무의 약리활성을 증강시킨 파벽 발효의 비파 나무 발효 추출물을 제조하고,
생전복을 정제수에 세척하여, 추출기에서 115℃-130℃의 온도에서 4시간 추출한 다음, 상기의 생전복을 육과 내장으로 분리하고, 각각 분쇄하여 수득한 액상 및 고형분의 전복 추출물에 대추, 갈근, 숙지황, 당귀, 작약, 감초, 계피, 백봉령, 황기, 생강을 하나 이상 유효성분으로 동량비의 조성비율(중량비)로 포함하는 천연 한약재를 10:2의 비율(중량비)로 혼합하고 추출기에 넣어 115℃ 이하의 온도에서 2시간 추출한 전복의 한방 복합 열수 추출물을 상기 비파 나무 발효 추출물과 3:7의 혼합 비율(중량비)로 혼합하여 비파 나무와 전복의 복합 추출물을 조성하고,
상기와 같이 혼합 조성된 비파 나무와 전복의 복합 추출물에 차를 덖듯이 덖어서 미분쇄한 비파 나무 잎의 미분말을 상기 비파 나무와 전복의 복합 추출물 대비 3 중량 % 혼합하여 제조함을 특징으로 하는 비파나무 발효 추출물과 전복의 한방 복합 열수 추출물이 혼합 조성된 건강 기능성 복합 추출물의 제조방법 - 제 1항에 있어서, 발효 미생물은 황국균(Aspergillus oryzae), 백국균(Aspergillus kawauchi), 흑국균(Aspergillus niger), 고초균(Bacillus subtilis) 또는 화락균(hiochibacteria)으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 발효 미생물임을 특징으로 하는 비파나무 발효 추출물과 전복의 한방 복합 열수 추출물이 혼합 조성된 건강 기능성 복합 추출물의 제조방법
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전복의 한방 복합 열수 추출물 제조 과정에서 생전복은 고온에서 추출하고, 한약재를 포함하는 전복 혼합물은 저온에서 추출하여 한약재의 유효성분을 상하게 하지 않게 추출함을 특징으로 하는 비파나무 발효 추출물과 전복의 한방 복합 열수 추출물이 혼합 조성된 건강 기능성 복합 추출물의 제조방법
