Claims (10)
- 냉각팬의 전류를 제공하는 팬제어부; 및
상기 냉각팬의 전류가 기설정된 범위를 벗어나는 지 여부를 판단하고, 벗어나는 경우 상기 냉각팬의 기 가동전압과 다른 변칙전압으로 상기 냉각팬을 제어하는 제어부;를 포함하는 것
을 특징으로 하는 인버터의 냉각 운영장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제어부는 상기 전류가 기설정된 범위를 큰 쪽으로 벗어나는 경우 기 가동전압보다 낮은 전압을 상기 변칙전압으로 결정하는 것
을 특징으로 하는 인버터의 냉각 운영장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제어부는 상기 전류가 기설정된 범위를 작은 쪽으로 벗어나는 경우 기 가동전압보다 큰 전압을 상기 변칙전압으로 결정하는 것
을 특징으로 하는 인버터의 냉각 운영장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제어부는 상기 변칙전압에 의한 냉각팬의 가동에도 불구하고, 상기 전류가 기설정된 범위를 벗어나는 경우 상기 인버터의 운전을 정지하는 것
을 특징으로 하는 인버터의 냉각 운영장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
인버터 내부 온도를 감지하는 온도 감지부;를 더 포함하고,
상기 제어부는 상기 온도 감지부에 의해 감지된 온도가 기설정된 온도를 초과하는 지 여부에 따라 인버터의 운전을 정지하는 것
을 특징으로 하는 인버터의 냉각 운영장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
인버터 내부 온도를 감지하는 온도 감지부;를 더 포함하고,
상기 제어부는 상기 변칙전압에 의한 냉각팬의 가동에도 불구하고, 상기 전류가 기설정된 범위를 벗어나는 경우 및 상기 온도 감지부에 의해 감지된 온도가 기설정된 온도를 초과하는 경우를 모두 만족하는 경우에 상기 인버터의 운전을 정지하는 것
을 특징으로 하는 인버터의 냉각 운영장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제어부는
상기 냉각팬의 전류를 수신하여 상기 변칙전압에 관한 신호를 출력하는 조작부; 및
직류링크의 캐패시터 양단에 연결되며, 상기 변칙전압에 관한 신호를 수신하여 이에 대응하는 변칙전압을 생성하여 상기 팬제어부에 제공하는 스위치모드 전압공급부;를 포함하는 것
을 특징으로 하는 인버터의 냉각 운영장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,
상기 제어부는
게이트 제어부; 및 게이트 구동부;를 더 포함하고,
상기 조작부는 상기 변칙전압에 의한 냉각팬의 가동에도 불구하고, 상기 전류가 기설정된 범위를 벗어나는 경우 팬에 대한 트립 신호를 출력하고,
상기 게이트 제어부는 상기 트립 신호를 수신하고, 상기 트립 신호에 대응하여 인버터의 스위칭 소자에 대한 제어신호를 출력하고,
상기 게이트 구동부는 상기 제어신호에 의해 상기 스위칭 소자를 구동을 해제하는 것
을 특징으로 하는 인버터의 냉각 운영장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,
인버터 내부 온도를 감지하는 온도 감지부;를 더 포함하고,
상기 제어부는
게이트 제어부; 및 게이트 구동부;를 더 포함하고,
상기 게이트 제어부는 상기 온도 감지부에 의해 감지된 온도가 기설정된 온도를 초과하는 지 여부에 따라 상기 게이트 구동부에 제어신호를 출력하고,
상기 게이트 구동부는 상기 제어신호에 의해 상기 스위칭 소자를 구동을 해제하는 것
을 특징으로 하는 인버터의 냉각 운영장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,
인버터 내부 온도를 감지하는 온도 감지부;를 더 포함하고,
상기 제어부는
게이트 제어부; 및 게이트 구동부;를 더 포함하고,
상기 조작부는 상기 변칙전압에 의한 냉각팬의 가동에도 불구하고, 상기 전류가 기설정된 범위를 벗어나는 경우 팬에 대한 트립 신호를 출력하고,
상기 게이트 제어부는 상기 변칙전압에 의한 냉각팬의 가동에도 불구하고, 상기 전류가 기설정된 범위를 벗어나는 경우 및 상기 온도 감지부에 의해 감지된 온도가 기설정된 온도를 초과하는 경우를 모두 만족하는 경우 상기 게이트 구동부에 제어신호를 출력하고,
상기 게이트 구동부는 상기 제어신호에 따라 상기 스위칭 소자를 구동을 해제하는 것
을 특징으로 하는 인버터의 냉각 운영장치.
