Claims (12)

- 특이적 세포에서의 유전자 발현을 촉진시키는 요소로서 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 단리된 핵산을 포함하는 발현 카세트이며, 여기서 상기 단리된 핵산은 적어도 간상 광수용체에서 특이적으로 발현하고자 하는 유전자를 코딩하는 핵산 서열에 작동가능하게 연결되는 것인 발현 카세트.
- 제4항의 발현 카세트를 포함하는 벡터.
