Claims (14)
- 화학식 A-NR1R2 (식 중, A = [Me2N-(CH2)3]2N-(CH2)3- 이고, R1 = R2 = -CH2-CH(R3)OH, 또는 R1 = H 및 R2 = -CH2-CH(R3)OH (여기서, R3 = H, C1-C6 임) 이거나, 또는 A = [Me2N-(CH2)3]2N-(CH2)3- 이고, R1 = H 및 R2 = -CO-NH-A, 또는 R1 = H 및 R2 = -CO-NH2 임) 을 갖는 하나 이상의 화합물을 포함하는 촉매 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 화합물이 N,N'-비스[비스-N".N"-(3-디메틸아미노프로필)-N"-(3-아미노프로필)]우레아; N,N-비스(3-디메틸아미노프로필)-N-(3-아미노프로필)] 우레아; N,N-비스(3-디메틸아미노프로필)-N-[3-아미노프로필-N',N'-비스(2-히드록시프로필)]아민; N,N-비스(3-디메틸아미노프로필)-N-[3-아미노프로필-N'N'-비스[2-히드록시에틸)아민; N,N-비스(3-디메틸아미노프로필)-N-[3-아미노프로필-N'-(2-히드록시에틸)]아민; N,N-비스(3-디메틸아미노프로필)-N-[3-아미노프로필-N'(2-히드록시에틸)]아민으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 구성원을 포함하는 촉매 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 블로잉 촉매 (blowing catalyst) 를 추가로 포함하는 촉매 조성물.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 블로잉 촉매가 N,N,N'-트리메틸-N'-3-아미노프로필-비스(아미노에틸) 에테르 또는 2-[N-(디메틸아미노에톡시에틸)-N-메틸아미노]에탄올 및 N,N,N'-트리메틸-N'-3-아미노프로필-비스(아미노에틸) 에테르로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 구성원을 포함하는 촉매 조성물.
- 적어도 2차 OH 관능기 관능기 및 우레아 관능기로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 관능기를 갖는 하나 이상의 겔화 촉매 및 하나 이상의 폴리올을 포함하는 조성물.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 겔화 촉매가 제 1 항의 촉매를 포함하는 조성물.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 제 4 항의 블로잉 촉매를 추가로 포함하는 조성물.
- 비스(디메틸아미노프로필)-시아노에틸-아민을 수득하기에 충분한 조건 하에 아크릴로니트릴 및 비스(디메틸아미노프로필)아민을 접촉시키고; N,N-비스(디메틸아미노프로필)-N-(3-아미노프로필)-아민을 수득하기에 충분한 조건 하에 비스(디메틸아미노프로필)-시아노에틸-아민과 수소를 접촉시키고, 우레아 관능기를 갖는 화합물을 생성하기에 충분한 조건 하에 N,N-비스(디메틸아미노프로필)-N-(3-아미노프로필)-아민을 반응시키는 것을 포함하는 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, N,N-비스(디메틸아미노프로필)-N-(3-아미노프로필)-아민이 에틸렌 옥사이드 및 프로필렌 옥사이드로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 구성원과 반응되는 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, N,N-비스(디메틸아미노프로필)-N-(3-아미노프로필)-아민이 우레아와 반응되는 방법.
- 하나 이상의 제 1 항의 겔화 촉매 및 하나 이상의 블로잉 촉매의 존재 하에, 하나 이상의 폴리올 및 하나 이상의 이소시아네이트를 접촉시키는 것을 포함하는, 폴리우레탄 발포체의 제조 방법.
- 하나 이상의 폴리올, 하나 이상의 제 1 항의 겔화 촉매 및 하나 이상의 블로잉 촉매를 조합하고, 조합물과 하나 이상의 이소시아네이트를 반응시키는 것을 포함하는, 폴리우레탄 발포체의 제조 방법.
- 제 11 항 또는 제 12 항에 따라 제조된 발포체.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, VDA 278 에 따르는 발포체.
