Claims (17)
- 제1 유체와 제2 유체 사이의 열교환에 의해, 제1 유체를 반응시켜, 생성물을 생성하는 리액터로서,
판형의 제1 베이스판의 편면에 있어서의 제1 방향의 양단(兩端) 측에 각각 설치되고 또한 상기 제1 방향에 직교하는 제2 방향으로 연장된 제1 측벽, 및 상기 제1 베이스판의 편면에 있어서의 한 쌍의 상기 제1 측벽의 사이에 상기 제1 방향을 따라 간격을 두고 설치되고 또한 상기 제2 방향으로 연장된 복수의 제1 중간벽을 가지고, 각 인접하는 상기 제1 측벽과 상기 제1 중간벽 사이, 및 각 인접하는 한 쌍의 상기 제1 중간벽 사이에, 상기 제1 유체를 유통시키는 제1 유로가 각각 형성된 복수의 제1 구조체;
상기 제1 방향과 상기 제2 방향에 직교하는 제3 방향을 따라 복수의 상기 제1 구조체와 혼재하여 적층되고, 판형의 제2 베이스판의 편면에 있어서의 상기 제1 방향의 양단 측에 각각 설치되고 또한 상기 제2 방향으로 연장된 제2 측벽, 및 상기 제2 베이스판의 편면에 있어서의 한 쌍의 상기 제2 측벽의 사이에 상기 제1 방향을 따라 간격을 두고 설치되고 또한 상기 제2 방향으로 연장된 복수의 제2 중간벽을 가지고, 각 인접하는 상기 제2 측벽과 상기 제2 중간벽 사이, 및 각 인접하는 한 쌍의 상기 제2 중간벽 사이에, 상기 제2 유체를 유통시키는 제2 유로가 각각 형성된 복수의 제2 구조체; 및
상기 제3 방향의 일단(一端) 측에 위치하는 상기 제2 구조체에 설치되고, 복수의 상기 제2 유로를 덮는 커버 구조체
를 구비하고,
각 상기 제1 측벽의 단면(端面) 및 각 상기 제1 중간벽의 단면은, 인접하는 상기 제2 구조체에 접합되고,
각 상기 제2 측벽의 단면 및 각 상기 제2 중간벽의 단면은, 인접하는 상기 제1 구조체 또는 상기 커버 구조체에 접합되고,
상기 제1 측벽의 두께 치수는, 상기 제1 중간벽의 두께 치수 이상으로 설정되고,
상기 제2 측벽의 두께 치수는, 상기 제2 중간벽의 두께 치수 이상으로 설정되어 있는,
리액터. - 제1항에 있어서,
리액터 용량에 따른 소정 수의 상기 제1 구조체와 복수의 상기 제2 구조체를 혼재하여 적층하고, 또한 상기 제3 방향의 일단 측에 위치하는 상기 제2 구조체에 상기 커버 구조체를 배치한 상태에서, 복수의 상기 제1 구조체, 복수의 상기 제2 구조체, 및 상기 커버 구조체를 동시에 접합함으로써 제작되어 있는, 리액터. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
복수의 상기 제1 구조체 및 복수의 상기 제2 구조체는, 상기 제3 방향을 따라 교호로 적층되어 있는, 리액터. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 중간벽의 두께 치수에 대한 상기 제1 측벽의 두께 치수의 비율, 및 상기 제2 중간벽의 두께 치수에 대한 상기 제2 측벽의 두께 치수의 비율은, 4.0 이상으로 각각 설정되어 있는, 리액터. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
각 상기 제1 유로의 단면 형상 및 각 상기 제2 유로의 단면 형상은 각각 직사각형으로서, 각 상기 제1 유로의 단면에 있어서의 단변 치수에 대한 장변 치수의 비율, 및 각 상기 제2 유로의 단면에 있어서의 단변 치수에 대한 장변 치수의 비율은, 18.0 이하로 각각 설정되어 있는, 리액터. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 중간벽의 두께 치수에 대한 상기 제1 유로의 폭 치수의 비율, 및 상기 제2 중간벽의 두께 치수에 대한 상기 제2 유로의 폭 치수의 비율은, 1.0 이상으로 각각 설정되어 있는, 리액터. - 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 중간벽의 두께 치수에 대한 제1 유로의 바닥부 측의 상기 제1 베이스판의 두께 치수의 비율, 및 상기 제2 중간벽의 두께 치수에 대한 제2 유로의 바닥부 측의 상기 제2 베이스판의 두께 치수의 비율은, 0.2∼5.0으로 각각 설정되어 있는, 리액터. - 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제2 측벽의 두께 치수는, 상기 제1 측벽의 두께 치수와 같게 설정되고, 상기 제2 중간벽의 두께 치수는, 상기 제1 중간벽의 두께 치수와 같게 설정되어 있는, 리액터. - 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
각 상기 제1 유로 내에, 상기 제1 유체의 반응을 촉진하는 촉매가 담지되어 있는, 리액터. - 제9항에 있어서,
각 상기 제1 유로 내에, 상기 촉매를 담지한 촉매 부재가 착탈(着脫) 가능하게 설치되어 있는, 리액터. - 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
각 상기 제2 유로 내에, 핀이 착탈 가능하게 설치되어 있는, 리액터. - 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
각 상기 제1 베이스판의 편면의 상기 제2 방향의 타단(他端) 측에, 복수의 상기 제1 유로 내로의 제2 유체의 유입을 저지하는 제1 규제벽이 설치되고, 각 상기 제1 구조체에 있어서의 적어도 어느 하나의 상기 제1 측벽의 상기 제2 방향의 타단 측에, 생성물을 도출하기 위한 제1 도출구가 형성되고, 각 상기 제1 구조체의 편면에 있어서의 상기 제2 방향의 타단 측에, 복수의 상기 제1 유로의 상기 제2 방향의 타단 측과 상기 제1 도출구를 연락하는 제1 연락 유로가 형성되고,
각 상기 제2 베이스판의 편면의 상기 제2 방향의 일단 측에, 복수의 상기 제2 유로 내로의 제1 유체의 유입을 저지하는 제2 규제벽이 설치되고, 각 제2 구조체에 있어서의 적어도 어느 하나의 상기 제2 측벽의 상기 제2 방향의 일단 측에, 제2 유체를 도출하기 위한 제2 도출구가 형성되고, 각 상기 제2 구조체의 편면에 있어서의 상기 제2 방향의 일단 측에, 복수의 상기 제2 유로의 상기 제2 방향의 일단 측과 상기 제2 도출구를 연락하는 제2 연락 유로가 형성되고,
각 상기 제1 규제벽의 단면은, 인접하는 상기 제2 구조체 또는 상기 제1 구조체에 접합되고,
각 상기 제2 규제벽의 단면은, 인접하는 상기 제1 구조체, 상기 제2 구조체, 또는 상기 커버 구조체에 접합되어 있는, 리액터. - 제12항에 있어서,
복수의 상기 제1 구조체와 복수의 상기 제2 구조체를 혼재하여 적층하여 이루어지는 리액터 코어의 상기 제2 방향의 일방 측에 착탈 가능하게 형성되고, 각 상기 제1 유로 내에 상기 제1 유체를 도입하기 위한 중공형의 제1 분배 유로;
상기 리액터 코어에 설치되고, 각 상기 제1 도출구로부터 도출한 생성물을 집합하여 배출시키기 위한 중공형의 제1 배출 부재;
상기 리액터 코어의 상기 제2 방향의 타방 측에 착탈 가능하게 설치되고, 각 상기 제2 유로 내에 상기 제2 유체를 도입하기 위한 중공형의 제2 도입 부재; 및
상기 리액터 코어에 설치되고, 각 상기 제2 도출구로부터 도출한 상기 제2 유체를 집합하여 배출시키기 위한 중공형의 제2 배출 부재를 구비하는, 리액터. - 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
각 상기 제1 베이스판의 편면에 있어서의 상기 제2 방향의 일단 측에, 복수의 상기 제1 유로 내로의 제2 유체의 유입을 저지하는 제1 규제벽이 설치되고, 각 상기 제1 구조체에 있어서의 적어도 어느 하나의 상기 제1 측벽에 있어서의 상기 제2 방향의 일단 측에, 상기 제1 유체를 도입하기 위한 제1 도입구가 형성되고, 각 상기 제1 구조체의 편면에 있어서의 상기 제2 방향의 일단 측에, 상기 제1 도입구와 복수의 상기 제1 유로의 상기 제2 방향의 일단 측을 연락하는 제1 연락 유로가 형성되고,
각 상기 제2 베이스판의 편면에 있어서의 상기 제2 방향의 타단 측에, 복수의 상기 제2 유로 내로의 상기 제1 유체의 유입을 저지하는 제2 규제벽이 설치되고, 각 상기 제2 구조체에 있어서의 적어도 어느 하나의 상기 제2 측벽에 있어서의 상기 제2 방향의 타단 측에, 상기 제2 유체를 도입하기 위한 제2 도입구가 형성되고, 각 상기 제2 구조체의 편면에 있어서의 상기 제2 방향의 타단 측에, 상기 제2 도입구와 복수의 상기 제2 유로의 상기 제2 방향의 타단 측을 연락하는 제2 연락 유로가 형성되고,
각 상기 제1 규제벽의 단면은, 인접하는 상기 제2 구조체 또는 상기 제1 구조체에 접합되고,
각 상기 제2 규제벽의 단면은, 인접하는 상기 제1 구조체, 상기 제2 구조체, 또는 상기 커버 구조체에 접합되어 있는, 리액터. - 제14항에 있어서,
복수의 상기 제1 구조체와 복수의 상기 제2 구조체를 혼재하여 적층하여 이루어지는 리액터 코어에 설치되고, 각 상기 제1 도입구로부터 각 상기 제1 유로 내에 상기 제1 유체를 도입하기 위한 중공형의 제1 도입 부재;
상기 리액터 코어의 상기 제2 방향의 타방 측에 착탈 가능하게 설치되고, 각 상기 제1 유로 내로부터 도출한 생성물을 집합하여 배출시키기 위한 중공형의 제1 배출 부재;
상기 리액터 코어에 설치되고, 각 상기 제2 도입구로부터 각 상기 제2 유로 내에 상기 제2 유체를 도입하기 위한 중공형의 제2 도입 부재; 및
상기 리액터 코어의 상기 제2 방향의 일방 측에 착탈 가능하게 설치되고, 각 상기 제2 구조체로부터 도출한 상기 제2 유체를 집합하여 배출시키기 위한 중공형의 제2 배출 부재를 구비하는, 리액터. - 제12항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
각 상기 제1 측벽의 단면, 각 상기 제1 중간벽의 단면 접합 및 각 상기 제1 규제벽의 단면 접합은 각각 확산 접합이고, 각 상기 제2 측벽의 단면, 각 상기 제2 중간벽의 단면 및 각 상기 제2 규제벽의 단면 접합은 각각 확산 접합인, 리액터. - 제1항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
운전 중에 있어서의 상기 제1 유로 내 및 상기 제2 유로 내의 최대 압력은, 0.0MPaG∼20.0MPaG로 설정되어 있는, 리액터.
