Description
まず、本開示の第1実施形態に係る反応装置について説明する。図1は、本実施形態に係る反応装置1の構成を示す側面図である。反応装置1は、熱交換部3と、反応流体導入部45及び生成物排出部49と、熱媒体導入部53及び熱媒体排出部57とを備える。

次に、本開示の第2実施形態に係る反応装置について説明する。第1実施形態では、反応領域RRだけでなく、予備領域RAにまで、触媒体41を設置する触媒領域RCを拡大させている。ここで、予備領域RAに相当する第2伝熱体9又は第2伝熱体109上の部位は、第2隔壁33である。また、第1実施形態では、一例として、第2隔壁33は、単なる壁部である。これに対して、本実施形態では、第2隔壁33は、このような単なる壁部ではなく、第2流路31とは異なる第3流路を有する。
上記の各実施形態では、1つの第1流路17内に設置される触媒体41又は触媒体42は、図4に示すような1本で構成されている。しかし、本開示では、1つの第1流路17内に設置される触媒体41又は触媒体42は、必ずしも1本で構成されていなくてもよく、複数の短い触媒体をつなぎ合わせることで、最終的に全長がLとなるように構成されてもよい。
次に、本開示の第4実施形態に係る反応装置について説明する。第2実施形態では、第2伝熱体119が、第2隔壁33に、冷媒REを流通させる第3流路36を有する場合を例示した。これに対して、本実施形態では、第3流路36の変形例として、第2伝熱体119は、流通させた冷媒REを最終的に第2流路31内に導入させる第4流路を有する。

Claims (3)
- 反応流体を流通させる第1流路と、
前記第1流路に対して並行に積層され、熱媒体を流通させる第2流路と、
前記第2流路の延伸方向とは交差する方向に延伸して前記第2流路と連続し、かつ、一端が前記熱媒体を導入する導入口である連絡流路と、
前記第1流路に設置され、前記反応流体の発熱反応を促進させる触媒体と、
前記第1流路に対する前記第2流路の積層方向と同方向に積層され、冷媒を流通させる第3流路と、を有し、
前記第3流路は、前記第2流路と同列で、かつ、前記第2流路とは前記連絡流路を挟んで非接触で配置され、
前記触媒体の少なくとも一部は、前記積層方向で、前記第3流路と非接触で重なる、反応装置。 - 反応流体を流通させる第1流路と、
前記第1流路に対して並行に積層され、熱媒体を流通させる第2流路と、
前記第2流路の延伸方向とは交差する方向に延伸して前記第2流路と連続し、かつ、一端が前記熱媒体を導入する導入口である連絡流路と、
前記第1流路に設置され、前記反応流体の発熱反応を促進させる触媒体と、
前記第1流路に対する前記第2流路の積層方向と同方向に積層され、冷媒を流通させる第4流路と、を有し、
前記第4流路は、前記第2流路と同列で、かつ、前記第2流路とは前記連絡流路を挟んで、少なくとも一部の前記連絡流路と連通するように配置され、
前記触媒体の少なくとも一部は、前記積層方向で、前記第4流路と非接触で重なる、反応装置。 - 前記触媒体は、1つの前記第1流路に対して複数ある、請求項1又は2に記載の反応装置。
