도 2는 본 발명 DCT 차량의 변속 제어방법의 실시예를 도시한 순서도,

Claims (6)
- TCU가 파워온 다운쉬프트 이너셔 페이즈에 진입했는지의 여부를 판단하는 개시판단단계와;
파워온 다운쉬프트 이너셔 페이즈에 진입한 경우, 상기 TCU가 해방측 클러치 제어토크를 산출하여 해방측 클러치를 제어하는 클러치제어단계와;
상기 TCU가 상기 클러치제어단계 수행 중, 상기 해방측 클러치 제어토크가 소정의 제어최소토크 미만으로 작아지는지 판단하는 한계판단단계와;
상기 한계판단단계 수행결과, 상기 해방측 클러치 제어토크가 상기 제어최소토크 미만으로 작아진 경우, 상기 TCU가 추가로 요구되는 해방측 클러치 제어토크 저감량만큼을 엔진토크 상승요청량으로 ECU에게 요청하는 엔진보조요청단계;
를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 DCT 차량의 변속 제어방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 엔진보조요청단계는 엔진속도가 동기속도에 동기될 때까지 반복적으로 수행되는 것
을 특징으로 하는 DCT 차량의 변속 제어방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 클러치제어단계의 해방측 클러치 제어토크는 직전 해방측 클러치 제어토크에, 상기 이너셔페이즈 동안 목표엔진속도변화율을 형성하기 위해 산출되는 해제토크를 더하고, 상기 목표엔진속도변화율과 현재엔진속도변화율에 의해 결정되는 피드백량을 더하여 결정하는 것
을 특징으로 하는 DCT 차량의 변속 제어방법.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 한계판단단계의 제어최소토크는 0으로 설정되는 것
을 특징으로 하는 DCT 차량의 변속 제어방법.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 한계판단단계의 제어최소토크는 상기 해방측 클러치가 터치포인트에서 형성하는 클러치토크로 설정되는 것
을 특징으로 하는 DCT 차량의 변속 제어방법.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 엔진보조요청단계의 상기 엔진토크 상승요청량은, 상기 해방측 클러치 제어토크 산출에 사용되는 상기 피드백량을 누적한 누적피드백량으로부터, 상기 해방측 클러치 제어토크가 소정의 제어최소토크 미만으로 작아지기 시작하는 시점까지 누적된 피드백량을 제외하고, 상기 시점 이후 누적된 피드백량으로 결정되는 것
을 특징으로 하는 DCT 차량의 변속 제어방법.
