Description
도 2 는, 본 발명에 관련된 프레스 성형 부품의 접합 구조를 갖는 자동차용 서스펜션 부품 (suspension parts) 의 일례의 사시도이다.
도 3 은, 본 발명의 접합 구조와 종래의 접합 구조를 설명하는 단면도이다.
도 4 는, 응력 집중 계수 (Kt) 의 산출식의 기호의 의미를 설명하는 도면이다.
도 5 는, 실시형태 1 에 관련된 프레스 성형 부품의 접합 구조를 설명하는 도면이다.
도 6 은, 실시형태 2 에 관련된 접합 부품의 제조 방법의 설명도이다 (그 1).
도 7 은, 실시형태 2 에 관련된 접합 부품의 제조 방법의 설명도이다 (그 2).
도 8 은, 실시예 1 에 있어서의 시험편의 제작 방법의 설명도이다.
도 9 는, 실시예 1 에 있어서의 평면 굽힘 (plane bending) 피로 시험 (fatigue test) 편의 형상의 설명도이다.

Claims (5)
- 프레스 성형에 의해 제작한 단면의 적어도 한 변에 개구부를 갖는 2 부품을, 상기 개구부를 대향시켜 조합하여 접합해서 이루어지는 프레스 성형 부품의 접합 구조로서,
접합면의 일부 또는 전부에 대하여, 일방의 부품에 있어서의 세로벽부의 선단부에, 외측으로 돌출되는 굴곡 볼록부를 성형함으로써 단차부를 형성하고, 그 단차부보다 선단측을 타방의 부품의 개구부에 끼워맞추게 하고, 상기 일방의 부품의 단차부와 상기 타방의 부품의 세로벽부의 선단을 아크 용접에 의해 선접합하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 프레스 성형 부품의 접합 구조. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 일방의 부품과 상기 타방의 부품의 선접합은, 상기 단차부의 경사면부에 용접 금속의 덧살부가 붙도록 접합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프레스 성형 부품의 접합 구조. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 단차부의 높이를 D, 상기 타방의 부품의 판두께를 t2 로 했을 때, 0.5 * t2 ≤ D ≤ 2 * t2 의 관계를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프레스 성형 부품의 접합 구조. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 프레스 성형 부품의 접합 구조를 갖는 자동차용 구조 부품.
- 프레스 성형에 의해 제작한 단면의 적어도 한 변에 개구부를 갖는 2 부품을, 상기 개구부를 대향시켜 조합하여 접합해서 이루어지는 접합 부품의 제조 방법으로서,
일방의 부품의 블랭크재에 있어서의 세로벽부의 선단부에 상당하는 부위에 굴곡 볼록부를 성형함으로써 단차부를 형성하는 굴곡 볼록부 성형 공정과,
상기 굴곡 볼록부가 성형된 블랭크재에 세로벽부를 성형하여 개구부를 갖는 일방의 부품을 제조하는 제 1 프레스 성형 공정과,
블랭크재에 세로벽부를 성형하여 개구부를 갖는 타방의 부품을 제조하는 제 2 프레스 성형 공정과,
상기 일방의 부품의 상기 단차부보다 선단측을 타방의 부품의 개구부에 끼워맞추게 하고, 상기 일방의 부품의 단차부와 상기 타방의 부품의 세로벽부의 선단을 아크 용접에 의해 선접합하는 접합 공정을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 접합 부품의 제조 방법.
