Claims (28)
- 발포체 기반의 제조 기술에 의해 수득 가능한 섬유 시이트로서, 섬유 시이트가 0.5 ∼ 100 ㎜ 의 평균 섬유 길이를 갖는 섬유, 폴리비닐 알코올, 폴리비닐 아세테이트 분산액, 에틸 비닐 알코올 분산액, 폴리우레탄 분산액, 아크릴 라텍스, 스티렌 부타디엔 분산액, 미세하게 분할된 셀룰로오스를 기반으로 하는 결합제, 셀룰로오스 유도체를 기반으로 하는 결합제, 생중합체, 및 이들의 조합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 결합제, 및 발포제를 포함하고, 상기 섬유의 50 ∼ 99 wt% 가 천연 섬유이며, 상기 섬유의 1 ∼ 50 wt% 가 중합체 섬유, 미네랄 섬유, 비-목재 천연 섬유 및 유리-섬유 및 이들의 조합물에서 선택되는 강화 섬유이고, 상기 섬유 시이트가 3 ∼ 50 % 의 범위의 연신율을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유 시이트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 섬유 시이트가 생분해성 및/또는 재활용 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유 시이트.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 중합체 섬유가 폴리락티드 (PLA), 글리콜산 중합체 (PGA), 폴리올레핀 (PO), 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 (PET), 폴리에스테르 (PES), 폴리비닐 알코올 (PVA) 에서 선택되는 열가소성 중합체 섬유 및 열가소성 중합체를 포함하는 이성분 섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유 시이트.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 이성분 섬유가 쉬트 (sheat) 중합체로서 열가소성 중합체를 갖는 섬유에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유 시이트.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 발포제가 수용성 및 분산성 발포제에서, 바람직하게는 수용성 글리칸, 수분산성 글리칸, 수용성 친수성 중합체 및 공중합체, 및 수분산성 친수성 중합체 및 공중합체에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유 시이트.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 발포제가 다당류 및 이의 유도체, 폴리(비닐 알코올), 폴리(비닐 아세테이트) 및 이의 공중합체에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유 시이트.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 섬유 시이트가 5 ∼ 45 %, 바람직하게는 10 ∼ 40 % 의 범위의 연신율을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유 시이트.

- 구조물이 포장, 캐리어 백, 쌕, 쇼핑 백, 쓰레기 봉투, 상품의 포장, 산업용 포장, 의료용 포장, 덮개, 싸개 및 플라스틱 백을 대체하기 위한 백에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 섬유 시이트를 포함하는 구조물.

- 구조물이 의류, 직물, 보호용 의복, 일회용 의류, 일회용 천 및 시이트, 피복 및 의료용 직물에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 섬유 시이트를 포함하는 구조물.
- 구조물이 지도, 포스터, 깃발, 플래그 및 장식용 시이트에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 섬유 시이트를 포함하는 구조물.
- 하기의 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 섬유 시이트의 제조 방법:
- 천연 섬유 및 강화 섬유 (강화 섬유는 중합체 섬유, 미네랄 섬유, 비-목재 천연 섬유 및 유리-섬유 및 이들의 조합물에서 선택됨) 를 포함하는 섬유를, 물 및 하나 이상의 발포제를 포함하는 발포체 또는 발포 가능한 액체에 분산시켜 하나 이상의 발포 분산액을 형성시킴으로써, 천연 섬유 50 ∼ 99 중량%, 강화 섬유 1 ∼ 50 중량%, 하나 이상의 발포제 0.5 ∼ 10 중량% 를 포함하는 섬유-발포체를 수득하는 단계,
- 형성된 섬유-발포체를 유공성 지지체로 운반하고, 유공성 지지체를 통해 액체를 배출시켜 시이트를 형성시키는 단계,
- 시이트를 건조 및 캘린더링시켜 섬유 시이트를 수득하는 단계, 및
- 발포체 또는 발포 가능한 액체는 하나 이상의 결합제를 포함하고; 또는 형성된 시이트는 하나 이상의 결합제로 시이트를 처리함으로써 건조 전 또는 후에 마무리되고; 또는 발포체 또는 발포 가능한 액체는 하나 이상의 결합제를 포함하고, 형성된 시이트는 하나 이상의 결합제로 시이트를 처리함으로써 건조 전 또는 후에 마무리되고,
- 결합제는 폴리비닐 알코올, 폴리비닐 아세테이트 분산액, 에틸 비닐 알코올 분산액, 폴리우레탄 분산액, 아크릴 라텍스, 스티렌 부타디엔 분산액, 미세하게 분할된 셀룰로오스를 기반으로 하는 결합제, 셀룰로오스 유도체를 기반으로 하는 결합제, 생중합체, 및 이들의 조합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택됨. - 제 20 항에 있어서, 결합제가 아크릴 라텍스에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 20 항 또는 제 21 항에 있어서, 중합체 섬유가 폴리락티드 (PLA), 글리콜산 중합체 (PGA), 폴리올레핀 (PO), 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 (PET), 폴리에스테르 (PES), 폴리비닐 알코올 (PVA) 에서 선택되는 열가소성 중합체 섬유 및 열가소성 중합체를 포함하는 이성분 섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 20 항 내지 제 22 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 이성분 섬유가 쉬트 중합체로서 열가소성 중합체를 갖는 섬유에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 20 항 내지 제 23 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 발포제가 수용성 및 분산성 발포제에서, 바람직하게는 수용성 글리칸, 수분산성 글리칸, 수용성 친수성 중합체 및 공중합체, 및 수분산성 친수성 중합체 및 공중합체에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 20 항 내지 제 24 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 발포제가 다당류 및 이의 유도체, 폴리(비닐 알코올), 폴리(비닐 아세테이트) 및 이의 공중합체에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 20 항 내지 제 25 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 마무리가 표면 처리 방법에서 선택되는 방법으로, 바람직하게는 표면 처리 방법에서 선택되는 방법으로 시이트에 결합제를 적용함으로써 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 26 항에 있어서, 표면 처리 방법이 제지기의 프레스 부분에서 수행되는 스프레이 코팅 방법 및 폼 어시스트 (foam assisted) 방법 (폼-레이드 방법이 수행됨), 제지기에서 수행되는 외부 사이징 방법 (폼-레이드 방법이 수행됨), 사이즈 프레스를 사용하는 방법, 및 온라인 또는 오프라인 코팅기로 수행되는 종래의 표면 처리 방법, 및 폼 어시스트 코팅 방법에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
