Claims (7)
- 광학 필름의 표면에 프로텍트 필름을 접합하는 공정을 포함하는 프로텍트 필름을 갖는 광학 필름의 제조 방법으로서,
상기 프로텍트 필름을 접합하는 공정에 의해 얻어지는 프로텍트 필름을 갖는 광학 필름은, 그 폭 방향 양단부에 있어서 상기 광학 필름에 대한 상기 프로텍트 필름의 박리력이, 상기 프로텍트 필름을 갖는 광학 필름의 다른 부분에 비해서 높여져 있는 것인 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 프로텍트 필름을 접합하는 공정 후에, 상기 폭 방향 양단부를 제거하는 공정을 더 포함하는 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 프로텍트 필름을 접합하는 공정 전에 코로나 처리를 실시하는 공정을 더 포함함으로써, 상기 박리력이 높여지는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 코로나 처리는 상기 광학 필름에 대하여 실시되는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 폭 방향 양단부에 있어서, 상기 광학 필름에 대한 상기 프로텍트 필름의 박리력은 0.09 N/25 ㎜ 이상인 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 프로텍트 필름으로서, 상기 표면에 접합되는 점착제층과 이것을 지지하는 기재 필름을 포함하고, 상기 점착제층에 있어서의 상기 폭 방향 양단부를 구성하는 부분의 점착력이 다른 부분에 비해서 높여진 것을 이용함으로써, 상기 박리력이 높여지는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 광학 필름이 편광판인 제조 방법.
