도 6 내지 도 8은 본 발명의 다양한 실시 예에 따른 커버 윈도우를 도시한 도면,
도 9 및 도 11 내지 도 14는 본 발명의 다양한 실시 예에 따른 커버 윈도우를 제조하는 방법을 설명하기 위한 흐름도, 그리고
도 10은 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 커버 윈도우의 코팅층을 형성하는 방법을 구체적으로 설명하기 위한 흐름도이다.

Claims (21)
- 디스플레이 패널을 보호하는 커버 윈도우(cover window)에 있어서,
상기 디스플레이 패널의 광을 투과하며, 나노 무기 입자를 포함하는 투명 시트; 및
상기 투명 시트 상부에 배치되는 코팅층;을 포함하는 커버 윈도우. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 나노 무기 입자는, SiO2, Al2O3 및 ZrO2 중 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 커버 윈도우. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 나노 무기 입자는, 상기 투명 시트에 대해 10% 내지 40%의 중량 퍼센트로 상기 투명 시트에 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 커버 윈도우. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 투명 시트의 두께는, 50㎛ 내지 190㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 커버 윈도우. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 투명 시트는, PET(Polyethylene Terephthalate), PEN(Polyethylene Naphthalate), PMMA(Polymethylmethacrylate) 및 CPI(Colorless Polyimide) 중 적어도 하나를 모재로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 커버 윈도우. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 투명 시트와 상기 코팅층은 핫 멜트(hot melt) 또는 PDMS(polydimethylsiloxane)를 이용하여 점착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 커버 윈도우. - 디스플레이 패널을 보호하는 커버 윈도우에 있어서,
상기 디스플레이 패널의 광을 투과하는 투명 시트; 및
상기 투명 시트 상부에 배치되며, 나노 무기 입자를 포함하는 코팅층;을 포함하는 커버 윈도우. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 나노 무기 입자는, Al2O3 및 ZrO2 중 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 커버 윈도우. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 코팅층의 두께는, 10㎛ 내지 80㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 커버 윈도우. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 나노 무기 입자는, 상기 투명 시트에 대해 40% 내지 60%의 중량 퍼센트로 상기 코팅층에 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 커버 윈도우. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 투명 시트와 상기 코팅층은 핫 멜트 또는 PDMS를 이용하여 점착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 커버 윈도우. - 디스플레이 패널을 보호하는 커버 윈도우에 있어서,
상기 디스플레이 패널의 광을 투과하는 하부 투명 시트;
상기 하부 투명 시트의 상부에 배치되는 핫 멜트 점착층;
상기 핫 멜트 점착층 상부에 배치되는 상부 투명 시트; 및
상기 상부 투명 시트의 상부에 배치되는 상부 코팅층;을 포함하는 커버 윈도우. - 제12항에 있어서,
상기 디스플레이 패널 및 상기 하부 투명 시트의 사이에 배치되는 하부 코팅층;을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 커버 윈도우. - 디스플레이 패널을 보호하는 커버 윈도우에 있어서,
상기 디스플레이 패널의 광을 투과하는 제 1 투명 시트;
상기 제 1 투명 시트의 상부에 배치되는 플라즈마 표면 처리된 제 1 PDMS 점착층;
상기 플라즈마 표면 처리된 PDMS 점착층 상부에 배치되는 제 2 투명 시트; 및
상기 제 2 투명 시트 상부에 배치되는 코팅층;을 포함하는 커버 윈도우. - 제14항에 있어서,
상기 플라즈마 표면 처리된 PDMS 점착층 상부에 배치되는 제 3 투명 시트; 및
상기 제 3 투명 시트 상부에 배치되는 플라즈마 표면 처리된 제 2 PDMS 점착층;을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 커버 윈도우. - 디스플레이 장치에 있어서,
화면을 표시하는 디스플레이 패널;
상기 디스플레이 패널 상부에 배치되며, 사용자의 입력을 인식하는 터치 패널;
상기 터치 패널 상부에 배치되며, 상기 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 하나에 기재된 커버 윈도우;를 포함하는 디스플레이 장치. - 디스플레이 패널을 보호하는 커버 윈도우 제조 방법에 있어서,
나노 무기 입자를 포함한 상부 투명 시트를 준비하는 단계; 및
상기 상부 투명 시트의 상부에 코팅층을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하는 커버 윈도우 제조 방법. - 제17항에 있어서,
상기 코팅층은,
나노 무기 입자를 포함하고,
상기 코팅층을 형성하는 단계는,
유기 바인더 및 무기 바인더를 혼합하여 코팅액을 형성하는 단계;
상기 혼합된 코팅액을 상기 상부 투명 시트의 상부에 도포하는 단계; 및
상기 도포된 코팅액을 자외선으로 경화하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 커버 윈도우 제조 방법. - 제18항에 있어서,
상기 혼합된 코팅액을 도포하는 단계는,
디핑(dipping) 방식, 스프레이(spray) 방식, 슬롯 다이(slot die) 방식 및 그라비아(gravia) 방식 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 커버 윈도우 제조 방법. - 제17항에 있어서,
하부 투명 시트를 준비하는 단계; 및
상부에 상기 코팅층이 형성된 상기 상부 투명 시트의 하부와 상기 하부 투명 시트의 상부를 점착하는 단계;를 더 포함하고,
상기 점착하는 단계는,
핫 멜트 방식을 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 커버 윈도우 제조 방법. - 제17항에 있어서,
PDMS의 양 표면을 플라즈마 처리하는 단계;
하부 투명 시트를 준비하는 단계; 및
상부에 상기 코팅층이 형성된 상기 상부 투명 시트의 하부와 상기 하부 투명 시트의 상부를 점착하는 단계;를 더 포함하고,
상기 점착하는 단계는,
상기 상부 투명 시트와 상기 하부 투명 시트 사이에 배치된 상기 양 표면이 플라즈마 처리된 PDMS를 이용하여 점착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 커버 윈도우 제조 방법.
