Abstract
또한, 본 발명은 단위셀, 상기 단위셀과 전기적으로 연결되어 과전류에 의해 단락되는 버스바 및 상기 버스바에 마련되어 상기 버스바의 단락 발생 시 스파크를 흡수하는 보호부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (8)
- 단위셀(10);
상기 단위셀(10)과 전기적으로 연결되어 과전류에 의해 단락되는 버스바(20); 및
상기 버스바(20)에 마련되어 상기 버스바(20)의 단락 발생 시 스파크를 흡수하는 보호부(30); 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 보호부(30)는 상기 버스바(20)가 단락되는 부위에 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩. - 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 보호부(30)는
상기 버스바(20)를 감싸며 스파크를 흡수하는 흡수부재(31)와
상기 흡수부재(31)를 내부에 밀폐하며, 상기 버스바(20)의 일부를 보호하는 케이스부재(32)와
상기 케이스부재(32)의 내부에 주입되어 상기 흡수부재(31)와 상기 케이스부재(32) 사이 공간에 수용되는 흡열제(33)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩. - 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 버스바(20)에는 과전류에 의해 단락되는 노치부(21)가 형성되며, 상기 흡수부재(31)는 상기 노치부(21)를 감싸는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩. - 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 흡수부재(31)는 아라미드 섬유(aramid fiber), 세라믹 섬유(ceramic fiber), 탄화규소 섬유(silicon carbide fiber) 중 어느 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩. - 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 흡열제(33)는 실리카(silica)와 물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩. - 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 케이스부재(32)는 다각형 또는 원기둥 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩. - 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 케이스부재(32)는 플라스틱, 강화유리, 고무 중 어느 하나 이상의 비전도 소재로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
