Claims (16)
- a) 이차, 분지된 아민 및 카르복실산의 반응 생성물인 아미드; 및
b) 하나 이상의 첨가제
를 포함하는 윤활제 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서, 아미드가 화학식 (Ia) 또는 (Ib)의 아미드인 윤활제 조성물.

(여기서 R1 및 R2는 C3 내지 C18 직쇄 또는 분지된, 포화 또는 불포화, 히드로카빌 기로 구성되는 군에서 독립적으로 선택되고;

R4는 C1 내지 C50 직쇄 또는 분지된, 포화 또는 불포화 히드로카빌렌 기로 구성되는 군에서 선택되고;
n은 0 또는 1이고,
여기서 R1 및 R2 중 하나 이상은 분지되어 있다) - 제1항에 있어서, 카르복실산이 모노카르복실산이고 아미드가 모노아미드인 윤활제 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 모노카르복실산이 4 내지 36 개의 탄소 원자를 포함하는 윤활제 조성물.

- 제6항에 있어서, 디카르복실산이 2 내지 14 개의 탄소 원자 또는 24 내지 52 개의 탄소 원자를 포함하는 윤활제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 순수한 아미드가 40 시간 이상의 ASTM D943에 나와 있는 방법에 따라 측정된 가수분해 안정성을 갖는 윤활제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로 1 중량% 이상 내지 99.9 중량% 이하의 아미드를 포함하는 윤활제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로 상기 하나 이상의 첨가제 0.1 중량% 이상 내지 40 중량% 이하를 포함하는 윤활제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 추가의 베이스 오일을 포함하는 윤활제 조성물.
- 제11항에 있어서, 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로 1 중량% 이상 내지 98.9 중량% 이하의 추가의 베이스 오일을 포함하는 윤활제 조성물.
- a) 이차, 분지된 아민 및 카르복실산의 반응 생성물인 아미드; 및
b) 하나 이상의 첨가제
를 윤활제 조성물에 첨가하는 것을 포함하는, 윤활제 조성물의 첨가제 용해도 또는 세정력을 증가시키는 방법. - a) 이차, 분지된 아민 및 카르복실산을 반응시켜 아미드를 형성하는 것; 및
b) 아미드에 하나 이상의 첨가제를 첨가하는 것
을 포함하는 가수분해적으로 안정한 윤활제 조성물의 제조 방법. - 제14항에 있어서, 아미드가 화학식 (Ia) 또는 (Ib)의 아미드인 제조 방법.
