本发明涉及润滑油技术领域,尤其涉及到一种环保型合成酯类高温链条油及其制备方法。
背景技术
链条油是工业润滑油的一种,用于各种链条的润滑、防锈,减少摩擦、磨损,可以提高传动效率和延长链条寿命。
链条油由基础油和添加剂组成,根据基础油的不同可以分为:1、矿物油链条油,基础油是矿物油,主要用于普通工况下;2、合成油链条油,由合成油基础油组成,例如PAG、PAO和酯类基础油,主要用于高温等工作环境下;3、生物基链条油,主要由可再生的植物油基础油组成,由于技术发展,大大提高了植物油润滑油的性能,有些产品已经达到合成油的性能水平。这些链条油由于其可降解和低毒特性,常用于水源、湿地和食品加工厂等敏感区域。
合成油链条油目前采用一般重质矿物基础油加普通抗氧剂、防锈剂等添加剂配制而成,这种情况下,按照目前技术制备的链条油高温性能一般,有较多积碳,对传送链的抗磨保护不够,且产生较多油烟,其结果会导致传送链表面不够清洁,磨损严重,润滑剂消耗严重,作业安全性有待提高,因此安全环保性能成为高温重负荷传动链能否得到最佳润滑的瓶颈问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种环保型合成酯类高温链条油及其制备方法,进行的全面优化,能减少积碳残留并延长清理间隔。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:一种环保型合成酯类高温链条油,由以下重量份的组分组成:多元醇酯基础油42-55份、烷基萘基础油35-48份、聚异丁烯4-6份、聚甲基丙烯酸酯0.5-1份、防锈剂2-3.5份、高效抗磨剂1.5-2份、高效极压剂1.5-2份、抗氧剂1.5-2.5份;
所述防锈剂为石油磺酸盐、三乙醇胺、十二烯基丁二酸中的两种或三种的混合物;
所述高效抗磨剂为纳米硼酸钙、二烷基二硫代磷酸盐、磷酸半酯中的两种或三种的混合物;
所述高效极压剂为硫化脂肪、硫化脂肪酸、硫化酯类中的两种或三种的混合物;
所述抗氧剂为酚类、酚类衍生物、苯基-α-萘胺、胺类衍生物中的两种或三种的混合物;
优选的,所述多元醇酯基础油100℃运动粘度为15-25mm/s2。
优选的,所述烷基萘基础油100℃运动粘度为20-25mm/s2。
一种环保型合成酯类高温链条油的制备方法,包括将多元醇酯基础油和烷基萘基础油按重量份比混合打入调和釜中,升温至45—60℃,随后依次按重量份比加入聚异丁烯、聚甲基丙烯酸酯、防锈剂、高效抗磨剂、高效极压剂、抗氧剂,搅拌40—60min即可制得成品。

一种环保型合成酯类高温链条油,由以下重量份的组分组成:多元醇酯基础油48份、烷基萘基础油38份、聚异丁烯4.5份、聚甲基丙烯酸酯0.8份、防锈剂2.3份、高效抗磨剂2份、高效极压剂1.8份、抗氧剂1.8份;
其中,防锈剂为石油磺酸盐、三乙醇胺两种的混合物;
其中,高效抗磨剂为纳米硼酸钙、二烷基二硫代磷酸盐两种的混合物;

实施例2
一种环保型合成酯类高温链条油,由以下重量份的组分组成:多元醇酯基础油50份、烷基萘基础油36份、聚异丁烯4.3份、聚甲基丙烯酸酯0.9份、防锈剂2.4份、高效抗磨添加剂1.9份、高效极压剂1.7份、混合抗氧剂1.7份;
其中,防锈剂为三乙醇胺、十二烯基丁二酸两种的混合物;
其中,高效抗磨剂为二烷基二硫代磷酸盐、磷酸半酯中两种的混合物;
其中,高效极压剂为硫化脂肪酸、硫化酯类两种的混合物;
其中,抗氧剂为苯基-α-萘胺、胺类衍生物两种的混合物;
具体的,多元醇酯基础油100℃运动粘度为15-25mm/s2。
具体的,烷基萘基础油100℃运动粘度为20-25mm/s2。
将多元醇酯基础油和烷基萘基础油按上述重量份比混合打入调和釜中,升温至55℃,随后依次按上述重量份比加入聚异丁烯、聚甲基丙烯酸酯、防锈剂、高效抗磨剂、高效极压剂、抗氧剂,搅拌50min即可制得成品。

一种环保型合成酯类高温链条油,由以下重量份的组分组成:多元醇酯基础油51份、烷基萘基础油35份、聚异丁烯4.6份、聚甲基丙烯酸酯0.9份、防锈剂2.2份、高效抗磨添加剂1.8份、高效极压剂1.9份、混合抗氧剂1.9份;
其中,防锈剂为石油磺酸盐、三乙醇胺、十二烯基丁二酸三种的混合物;
其中,高效抗磨剂为纳米硼酸钙、二烷基二硫代磷酸盐、磷酸半酯三种的混合物;
其中,高效极压剂为硫化脂肪、硫化酯类两种的混合物;
其中,抗氧剂为酚类衍生物、苯基-α-萘胺两种的混合物;
具体的,多元醇酯基础油100℃运动粘度为15-25mm/s2。
具体的,烷基萘基础油100℃运动粘度为20-25mm/s2。

其中,防锈剂为石油磺酸盐、三乙醇胺、十二烯基丁二酸三种的混合物;
其中,高效抗磨剂为纳米硼酸钙、二烷基二硫代磷酸盐、磷酸半酯三种的混合物;
其中,高效极压剂为硫化脂肪、硫化脂肪酸、硫化酯类三种的混合物;
其中,抗氧剂为苯基-α-萘胺、胺类衍生物两种的混合物;
具体的,多元醇酯基础油100℃运动粘度为15-25mm/s2。
具体的,烷基萘基础油100℃运动粘度为20-25mm/s2。

其中,防锈剂为三乙醇胺、十二烯基丁二酸两种的混合物;
其中,高效抗磨剂为二烷基二硫代磷酸盐、磷酸半酯中两种的混合物;
其中,高效极压剂为硫化脂肪酸、硫化酯类两种的混合物;
其中,抗氧剂为苯基-α-萘胺、胺类衍生物两种的混合物;
具体的,多元醇酯基础油100℃运动粘度为15-25mm/s2。
具体的,烷基萘基础油100℃运动粘度为20-25mm/s2。

Claims (4)
1.一种环保型合成酯类高温链条油,其特征在于:由以下重量份的组分组成:
多元醇酯基础油42-55份、烷基萘基础油35-48份、聚异丁烯4-6份、聚甲基丙烯酸酯0.5-1份、防锈剂2-3.5份、高效抗磨剂1.5-2份、高效极压剂1.5-2份、抗氧剂1.5-2.5份;
所述防锈剂为石油磺酸盐、三乙醇胺、十二烯基丁二酸中的两种或三种的混合物;
所述高效抗磨剂为纳米硼酸钙、二烷基二硫代磷酸盐、磷酸半酯中的两种或三种的混合物;
所述高效极压剂为硫化脂肪、硫化脂肪酸、硫化酯类中的两种或三种的混合物;
所述抗氧剂为酚类、酚类衍生物、苯基-α-萘胺、胺类衍生物中的两种或三种的混合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型合成酯类高温链条油,其特征在于:所述多元醇酯基础油100℃运动粘度为15-25mm/s2。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型合成酯类高温链条油,其特征在于:所述烷基萘基础油100℃运动粘度为20-25mm/s2。
4.一种环保型合成酯类高温链条油的制备方法,其特征在于:包括将多元醇酯基础油和烷基萘基础油按重量份比混合打入调和釜中,升温至45—60℃,随后依次按重量份比加入聚异丁烯、聚甲基丙烯酸酯、防锈剂、高效抗磨剂、高效极压剂、抗氧剂,搅拌40—60min即可制得成品。
