Claims (9)
- 전기 전도성 입자들(electrically conductive particles)을 제거하기 위한 시스템으로서,
상기 시스템은 매체 순환(medium circulation)에서 전기 전도성 입자들을 검출 및 파괴하려고 하고, 상기 시스템은 균일한 프레임(1)을 갖는 디바이스(L)를 포함하고, 상기 디바이스 내부에, 흐름 공간(2)의 길이 방향(longitudinal direction)으로 자신의 내부에서 발생하는 매체 순환의 관통(flow-through)을 위한 흐름 공간(2)이 존재하고, 흐름 공간은, 자신의 길이 방향에 수직하는 십자형 평면에서 볼 때, 하나 이상의 방향들의 인접한 좁은 흐름 통로들(3)을 갖고, 상기 흐름 통로들의 반대 벽들(3a, 3a')은 서로 상이한 전위들의 전극들(E)로서 전력 공급 수단(V)에 의해 구성되고, 이로써 그와 접속하여 이동된(drifted) 전기 전도성 입자들은 상기 전극들 사이의 쇼트커트(shortcut)를 발생시킴으로써 검출 및 파괴되도록 구성되고,
좁은 흐름 통로들(3)로 형성된 흐름 공간(2)은, 서로에 관련하여 독립적으로 각각의 흐름 공간에서 발생하는 쇼트커트 상황들을 처리하기 위해, 자신의 단면에서 볼 때, 별개의 전기 회로들에서 커플링된 2 개 이상의 흐름 구역들(VZ1, VZ2, VZ3)로 구성되는,
전기 전도성 입자들을 제거하기 위한 시스템. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 전력 공급 수단(V) ― 바람직하게는 퓨즈 장치가 제공됨 ― 은 저전압 전력 소스에 의해 동작 가능하도록 구성되고, 쇼트커트 상황을 발생시키는 입자를 파괴하기 위해 필요한 더 높은 전류를 생성하기 위해 보충 전력 공급 커플링(LK), 콘덴서 커플링 등과 같은 보조 전력 장치가 제공되는,
전기 전도성 입자들을 제거하기 위한 시스템. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 시스템은 상기 시스템의 자동적인 독립 기능을 위해 하나 이상의 마이크로프로세서들, 로직 회로들 등과 같은 프로그래밍 가능 로직(4)을 포함하는,
전기 전도성 입자들을 제거하기 위한 시스템. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
로컬 음성-동작, 광-동작되는 식의 검출기들(5a)에 의한 상기 시스템의 기능 및 사용의 모니터링을 위한 모니터링 수단(5)이 상기 시스템에 제공되는,
전기 전도성 입자들을 제거하기 위한 시스템. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 모니터링 수단(5)으로부터의 모니터링 정보는, 원격 제어 원리(P)에 따라 상기 시스템의 사용 및 제어를 가능하게 하기 위해 유선 접속을 통해 송신되는,
전기 전도성 입자들을 제거하기 위한 시스템. - 제 3 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 시스템의 사용 및 제어는 모바일 텔레폰 네트워크, 인터넷 등을 적용함으로써, 가령, 클라우드 서버 원리에 따라 동작하는 제어 소프트웨어에 의해 무선으로(T) 구성되는,
전기 전도성 입자들을 제거하기 위한 시스템. - 제 4 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 흐름 공간의 하나 이상의 흐름 구역들(VZ1, VZ2, VZ3)에서 검출되는 쇼트커트 주파수의 전개를 모니터링하기 위한 로깅(logging) 기능(LG)이 상기 모니터링 수단(5)에 제공되는,
전기 전도성 입자들을 제거하기 위한 시스템. - 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
흐름 커플링들(A)이 제공되는 상기 디바이스(L)의 프레임(1)에는, 모니터링될 매체 순환과 상기 디바이스의 착탈 가능한 커플링을 위한 잠금(fastening) 수단(6)이 제공되는,
전기 전도성 입자들을 제거하기 위한 시스템. - 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 시스템은 문제의 순환 프로세스의 중단되지 않는 기능을 보장하기 위해 모니터링되는 매체 순환 내에서 병렬로 커플링된 적어도 2 개의 디바이스들(L)을 포함하는,
전기 전도성 입자들을 제거하기 위한 시스템.
