Claims (13)
- 매체 순환(medium circulation)에서 전기 전도성 입자들을 검출하고 파괴함으로써 전기 전도성 입자들을 제거하기 위한 시스템으로서,
균일한 프레임을 갖는 디바이스, 및
상기 디바이스 내부의 흐름 공간 ― 상기 흐름 공간은 상기 흐름 공간의 길이 방향(longitudinal direction)으로 상기 흐름 공간의 내부에서 발생하는 매체 순환의 통과(flow-through)를 위한 것임 ―
을 포함하고,
상기 흐름 공간은, 상기 길이 방향에 수직하는 횡평면에서 볼 때, 적어도 하나의 방향에서 인접한 좁은 흐름 통로들을 포함하고, 상기 흐름 통로들의 대향하는 벽들은 전원에 의해 서로 상이한 전위들의 전극들로서 구성되고, 이에 의해 상기 전극들과 관련하여 이동(drift)되는 전기 전도성 입자들은 상기 전극들 사이의 쇼트커트(shortcut)를 야기함으로써 검출 및 파괴되도록 구성되고,
좁은 흐름 통로들로 형성된 흐름 공간은, 단면에서 볼 때, 적어도 2개의 병렬적인 흐름 구역들을 포함하고, 상기 흐름 구역들은 병렬 전기 회로들로서 공통 전원 수단에 연결되고,
상기 공통 전원 수단에는, 각각의 흐름 구역들에서 발생하는 쇼트커트 상황들을 서로에 대해 독립적으로 처리하도록 하기 위해, 쇼트커트 상황을 야기한 입자를 파괴하기 위해 선택된 흐름 구역에 더 높은 전류를 생성하기 위한 보조 전력 장치가 구비되는,

상기 전원은 저전압 전력 소스에 의해 동작 가능하게 구성되는,
