Abstract
난연 목재 제조방법은, a) 10~19% 함수율의 목재를 진공챔버에 투입시켜 목재 내부의 공기와 수분과 이물이 제거되도록 진공배기시키는 단계; b) 목재가 투입된 챔버에 수용성 난연액을 가득 주입한 다음 진공 함침기를 이용하여 8~30㎏f/㎠의 압력으로 수용성 난연액을 소정시간 가압시켜 목재 내부로 함침시키는 단계; c) 목재에 함침된 수용성 난연액이 8~15% 잔류하도록 진공배기시켜 탈수하는 단계; d) 수용성 난연액이 탈수된 목재를 소정시간 음지에서 자연건조시키는 단계; e) 자연건조된 목재를 건조기에 투입시켜 50~80℃의 온도로 1~4일간 건조시키는 단계; 상기 수용성 난연액은, 물 100 중량부와; 수용성 난연제 10~15 중량부와; 알콜계 계면활성제 4~10 중량부; 를 포함하고, 상기 수용성 난연제는 유기바인더가 사용되지 않는 무기 난연제 이되, 0.1~5 cSt의 점도를 갖는 트리에틸인산(Triethyl Phosphate), 암모늄 포스페이트, 암모늄 폴리포스페이트 중에서 어느 하나 이상일 수 있다.

Claims (2)
- 물 100 중량부와 수용성 난연제 10~15 중량부와 알콜계 계면활성제 4~10 중량부를 포함하는 수용성 목재 난연액에 있어서;
상기 수용성 난연제는 유기바인더가 사용되지 않는 무기계열의 인산계 난연제 이되, 0.1~5 cSt의 점도를 갖는 트리에틸인산(Triethyl Phosphate), 0.1~5 cSt의 점도를 갖는 암모늄 포스페이트, 0.1~5 cSt의 점도를 갖는 암모늄 폴리포스페이트 중에서 어느 하나 이상임을 특징으로 하는 수용성 목재 난연액. - a) 10~19% 함수율의 목재를 진공챔버에 투입시켜 목재 내부의 공기와 수분과 이물이 제거되도록 진공배기시키는 단계;
