Abstract
【解決手段】 ポリエステル繭綿を長手方向に適正な幅に切断し、前記ポリエステル繭綿に難燃剤液を浸透させ、ローラで圧縮して繭綿の内部まで難燃剤液を浸透させ、吸引力調節可能な穿孔ローラにより前記繭綿の余剰難燃剤液を除去し、前記難燃処理された繭綿を乾燥装置で乾燥させ、前記乾燥した繭綿の繊維間に固着した難燃剤をヒータで発泡させる。

Description
主材料である低密度のポリエステル繭綿を、上下に設けられたノズル式スプレーを備える作業台に供給し、ソジウムシリケートを70%以上含有し、第1燐酸ナトリウム、水酸化マグネシウム、燐酸エステル系化合物、酸化アルミニウム、水酸化アルミニウム、酸化アンチモン、モリブデン酸塩、すず酸亜鉛などの難燃添加剤をさらに混合したもので、その濃度が50%である難燃剤液をスプレーの上下ノズルで噴射し、前記繭綿に難燃剤液を浸透させた後、ローラで前記繭綿を上下に圧縮して、繭綿の内部まで難燃剤液が浸透するようにし、繭綿の密度を高める。前記難燃剤液の噴射及びローラでの圧縮は2回実施した。
主材料である低密度のポリエステル繭綿を、ディスクカッターにより、幅75mmとなるように連続的に切断した後、90°捩じられた角パイプで構成された反転装置で、前記繭綿を90°反転させ、上下1組のパイプコンベヤに供給し、ソジウムシリケートを70%以上含有し、第1燐酸ナトリウム、水酸化マグネシウム、燐酸エステル系化合物、酸化アルミニウム、水酸化アルミニウム、酸化アンチモン、モリブデン酸塩、すず酸亜鉛などの難燃添加剤をさらに混合したもので、その濃度が50%である難燃剤液に浸漬して、前記繭綿の内部まで難燃剤を十分に吸収させ、後端部でパイプコンベヤを上下に振動させることで、繭綿内の気泡と余剰の難燃剤液を1次的に除去し、メッシュベルトで連結された三つの上下ローラの圧縮により、余剰の難燃剤液を2次的に除去した。

Claims (11)
- ポリエステル難燃心材の製造方法において、
a)ポリエステル繭綿を長手方向に適正な幅に切断する工程と、
b)前記ポリエステル繭綿に難燃剤液を浸透させ、ローラで前記繭綿を圧縮して、繭綿の内部まで難燃剤液を浸透させる工程と、
c)吸引力調節の可能な穿孔ローラにより前記繭綿の余剰難燃剤液を除去する工程と、
d)前記難燃処理された繭綿を乾燥装置で乾燥させる工程と、
e)前記乾燥した繭綿の繊維間に固着した難燃剤をヒータで発泡させる工程と
を含むことを特徴とする組立式パネル構造体用ポリエステル難燃心材の製造方法。 - 前記b)〜e)のいずれかの工程を2回以上繰り返し実施することを特徴とする請求項1記載の組立式パネル構造体用ポリエステル難燃心材の製造方法。
- 前記a)工程の後、切断されたポリエステル繭綿を、90°捩れた角パイプを含む反転装置により連続して90°反転させて垂直木目に立てる工程を、更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の組立式パネル構造体用ポリエステル難燃心材の製造方法。
- 前記d)又はe)工程の後、前記繭綿をチップソー又はディスクカッターで連続してRP及びトリミング加工する工程を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の組立式パネル構造体用ポリエステル難燃心材の製造方法。
- 前記b)において前記ポリエステル繭綿に難燃剤液を浸透させる工程は上下側のノズルによる噴射方式により行われることを特徴とする請求項1記載の組立式パネル構造体用ポリエステル難燃心材の製造方法。
- 前記b)工程において前記難燃剤液は、ソジウムシリケート液100重量部に対し、第1燐酸ナトリウム、水酸化マグネシウム、燐酸エステル系化合物、酸化アルミニウム、水酸化アルミニウム、酸化アンチモン、モリブデン酸塩、及びすず酸亜鉛からなる難燃添加剤群から選択された1種、又は2種以上の混合物が5〜30重量部添加され、前記難燃剤液の全体濃度の30〜70%が固形分であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の組立式パネル構造体用ポリエステル難燃心材の製造方法。
- 前記c)工程において前記吸引力調節可能な穿孔ローラは2段以上が上下に設けられ、それぞれの上下ローラの間隔が後端に行くほど広くなることを特徴とする請求項1記載の組立式パネル構造体用ポリエステル難燃心材の製造方法。
- 前記d)工程において前記乾燥装置は、マイクロ波発生装置、蒸気室及び熱風循環室からなる群から選択された1種以上であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の組立式パネル構造体用ポリエステル難燃心材の製造方法。
- 前記d)工程における乾燥は、二つ以上のマイクロ波発生装置によって行われ、当該乾燥工程の末端で、発生した水蒸気を、マイクロ波区間を通過して予熱された空気を送風装置と吸気装置で吹き出すことにより、外部に排出することを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか記載の組立式パネル構造体用ポリエステル難燃心材の製造方法。
- 前記d)工程において難燃剤液内の水分を、二つ以上の熱風循環室で上下交互に熱風を循環させることにより、蒸発、乾燥させることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか記載の組立式パネル構造体用ポリエステル難燃心材の製造方法。
- 前記e)工程において前記ヒータはセラミックヒータ又は熱風循環方式ヒータであり、固着した難燃剤の発泡のための加熱温度が150〜250℃で、加熱時間が3〜20分であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の組立式パネル構造体用ポリエステル難燃心材の製造方法。
