도 2는 본 발명에 따른 안과 렌즈가 두 비교예에 따른 렌즈보다 더 잘 세척되고, 특히 비교예 8의 렌즈에 대해 본 발명이 더 좋다는 것을 보여준다.
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 안과 렌즈가 비교예 8에 따른 렌즈보다 더 좋은 세척성을 갖는다는 것을 확인시켜 준다.

Claims (17)
- 김서림 방지 코팅용 전구체 코팅으로 코팅된 기판을 가진 광학 물품으로서, 그 표면이 90°보다 큰 물과의 정적 접촉각과 1.5 mJ/m2보다 큰 표면 에너지의 극 성분을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 광학 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 표면 에너지의 극 성분은 1.7 mJ/m2 이상, 더 좋게는 2 mJ/m2 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는, 광학 물품.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 김서림 방지 코팅용 전구체 코팅은 95° 이상, 바람직하게는 100° 이상의 물과의 정적 접촉각을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 광학 물품.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 김서림 방지 코팅용 전구체 코팅은 플루오로탄소 기 및 폴리옥시알킬렌 기를 함유한 재료로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 광학 물품.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 김서림 방지 코팅용 전구체 코팅은 적어도 하나의 친수성 화합물 A 및 적어도 하나의 소수성 화합물 B를 증착하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 광학 물품.
- 제5항에 있어서, 화합물 A는 적어도 하나의 폴리옥시알킬렌 기를 포함하고 적어도 하나의 실리콘 원자를 지닌 적어도 하나의 가수분해성 기를 가진 유기 실란인 것을 특징으로 하는, 광학 물품.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 화합물 B는 적어도 하나의 플루오로탄소 기를 포함하고 적어도 하나의 실리콘 원자를 지닌 적어도 하나의 가수분해성 기를 가진 유기 실란인 것을 특징으로 하는, 광학 물품.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 김서림 방지 코팅용 전구체 코팅은 계면활성제 막으로 코팅된 것을 특징으로 하는, 광학 물품.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 김서림 방지 코팅용 전구체 코팅은 25 mJ/m2 이하의 표면 에너지를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 광학 물품.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 광학 물품은 안과 렌즈를 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 광학 물품.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 광학 물품을 제조하는 방법으로서,
a) 적어도 하나의 메인 표면을 가진 기판을 제공하는 단계, 및
b) 물과의 정적 접촉각이 90°보다 크고 표면 에너지의 극 성분이 1.5 mJ/m2보다 큰 표면을 갖는 김서림 방지 코팅용 전구체 코팅을 얻도록, 적어도 하나의 친수성 화합물 A 및 적어도 하나의 소수성 화합물 B를 기판의 상기 메인 표면에 증착하는 단계를 포함하는, 방법. - 제11항에 있어서, 화합물 A 및 B는 진공 증발에 의해 증착되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 화합물 A는 줄-효과(Joule-effect) 열원을 이용한 진공 증발에 의해 증착되고, 화합물 B는 전자총을 이용한 진공 증발에 의해 증착되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 방법.
- 제11항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 김서림 방지 코팅용 전구체 코팅은 화합물 B를 증착한 후 화합물 A를 연이어 증착함으로써 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 방법.
- - 그 표면이 90°보다 큰 물과의 정적 접촉각과 1.5 mJ/m2보다 큰 표면 에너지의 극 성분을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 김서림 방지 코팅용 전구체 코팅으로 코팅된 기판을 가진 광학 물품; 및
- 바람직하게 친수성-친유성 밸런스(HLB)가 5 이상인 계면활성제를 포함하는 어셈블리. - 제15항에 있어서, 상기 광학 물품, 및 상기 계면활성제로 함침된 천을 포함하는 어셈블리.
- 제15항 또는 제16항에 있어서, 상기 광학 물품, 및 상기 계면활성제로 함침된 극세사 천을 포함하는 마른 와이프를 포함하는 어셈블리.
