- 유기 고형분의 중량부를 기준으로,
(A) 알릴기 변성 벤즈옥사진 수지, 40~80 중량부;
(B) 탄화수소 수지, 10~20중량부;
(C) 알릴기 변성 폴리페닐렌 에테르 수지, 10~40중량부;
(D) 개시제, 0.01~3중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 할로겐 비함유 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 알릴기 변성 벤즈옥사진 수지는 알릴기 변성 비스페놀 A형 벤즈옥사진 수지, 알릴기 변성 비스페놀 F형 벤즈옥사진 수지, 알릴기 변성 디사이클로펜타디엔 페놀형 벤즈옥사진 수지, 알릴기 변성 비스페놀 S형 벤즈옥사진 수지 또는 디아민형 벤즈옥사진 수지로부터 선택되는 임의의 1종 또는 적어도 2종의 혼합물이고,
바람직하게, 상기 탄화수소 수지는 수평균 분자량이 11000 이하이고 탄소와 수소 두 가지 원소로 조성된 비닐기 함량이 60%보다 크며, 실온에서 액체인 탄화수소 수지이며, 바람직하게는 수평균 분자량이 7000 보다 작고 1,2위치 첨가된 비닐기 함량이 70%보다 크며, 실온에서 액체인 탄화수소 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 할로겐 비함유 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 알릴기 변성 폴리페닐렌 에테르 수지는 수평균 분자량이 5000 이하인 알릴기 변성 폴리페닐렌 에테르 수지이며
바람직하게, 상기 개시제는 유기 과산화물에서 선택되며, 바람직하게는 디큐밀퍼옥사이드, t-부틸 퍼옥시벤조에이트 또는 2,5-디(2-에틸헥사노일퍼옥시)-2,5-디메틸헥산으로부터 선택되는 임의의 1종 또는 적어도 2종의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 할로겐 비함유 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 할로겐 비함유 수지 조성물은 (E) 충진제를 더 포함하고;
바람직하게, 상기 충진제의 함량은 1~100중량부이고, 바람직하게 10~100중량부이며;
바람직하게, 상기 충진제는 실리카, 이산화티타늄, 티탄산스트론튬, 티탄산바륨, 질화붕소, 질화알루미늄, 탄화규소 혹은 산화알루미늄으로부터 선택되는 임의의 1종 또는 적어도 2종의 혼합물이고, 바람직하게 결정형 실리카, 무정형 실리카, 구형 실리카, 이산화티타늄, 티탄산스트론튬, 티탄산바륨, 질화붕소, 질화알루미늄, 탄화규소 혹은 산화알루미늄으로부터 선택되는 임의의 1종 혹은 적어도 2종의 혼합물이며;
바람직하게, 상기 충진제는 실리카이며;
바람직하게, 상기 충진제의 입경 중간값은 1~15㎛이며, 바람직하게는 1~10㎛이며 더 바람직하게는 1~5㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 할로겐 비함유 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 할로겐 비함유 수지 조성물은 (F) 인 함유 난연제를 더 포함하고;
바람직하게, 상기 인 함유 난연제의 함량은 0~80중량부이고 0은 포함하지 않으며;
바람직하게, 상기 인 함유 난연제는 트리(2,6-디메틸페닐)포스핀, 10-(2,5-디히드록시페닐)-9,10-디히드로-9-옥사-10-포스파페난트렌-10-옥사이드, 2,6-비스(2,6-디메틸페닐)포스피노벤젠, 10-페닐-9,10-디히드로-9-옥사-10-포스파페난트렌-10-옥사이드 또는 폴리 페녹시포스파젠 및 그 유도체 중에서 선택되는 임의의 1종 혹은 적어도 2종의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 할로겐 비함유 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 할로겐 비함유 수지 조성물의 할로겐 함량은 0.09중량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 할로겐 비함유 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 할로겐 비함유 수지 조성물을 용매에 용해시키거나 분산시켜 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 접착액.
- 보강재 및 함침건조된 후 보강재에 부착된 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 할로겐 비함유 수지 조성물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프리프레그.
- 제 8 항에 따른 프리프레그를 적어도 1매를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층판.
- 적어도 1매의 적층된 제 8 항에 따른 프리프레그, 및 적층된 프리프레그의 일측 혹은 양측에 피복된 동박을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동박적층판.
