Claims (22)
- 유리 기판에 의해 지지되는 코팅을 포함하는 코팅 제품으로서, 상기 코팅은:
은을 포함하는 제1적외선(IR) 반사층 및 제2적외선(IR) 반사층 - 상기 제1 IR 반사층은 상기 제2 IR 반사층보다 상기 유리 기판에 가깝게 위치함 -;
상기 은을 포함하는 제1 IR 반사층 상에 바로 접촉해서 위치하는 NiCr을 포함하는 제1접촉층;
상기 NiCr을 포함하는 제1접촉층 상에 바로 접촉해서 위치하는 실리콘 질화물을 포함하는 유전체층;
상기 실리콘 질화물을 포함하는 층 상에 바로 접촉해서 위치하는 NiCr을 포함하는 제2접촉층;
상기 NiCr을 포함하는 제2접촉층 상에 바로 접촉해서 위치하는 상기 은을 포함하는 제2 IR 반사층;
상기 제2 IR 반사층 상에 바로 접촉해서 위치하는 NiCr을 포함하는 제3접촉층;
상기 NiCr을 포함하는 제3접촉층 상에 바로 접촉해서 위치하는 실리콘 질화물을 포함하는 또 다른 유전체층;
상기 실리콘 질화물을 포함하는 또 다른 유전체층 상에 바로 접촉해서 위치하는 지르코늄 산화물을 포함하는 층;을 포함하고,
상기 은을 포함하는 제2 IR 반사층은 상기 은을 포함하는 제1 IR 반사층보다 두껍고;
상기 은을 포함하는 제1 IR 반사층 및 제2 IR 반사층의 각각은 상기 지르코늄 산화물을 포함하는 층의 적어도 2배만큼 두껍고;
상기 코팅 제품은 모노리식으로 측정된 가시투과율이 60% 이하인, 코팅 제품.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 은을 포함하는 제1 IR 반사층 및 제2 IR 반사층의 각각은 상기 지르코늄 산화물을 포함하는 층의 적어도 3배만큼 두꺼운, 코팅 제품.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 IR 반사층 및 제2 IR 반사층의 각각은 상기 지르코늄 산화물을 포함하는 층의 적어도 4배만큼 두꺼운, 코팅 제품.
- 상기 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 지르코늄 산화물을 포함하는 층은 질소를 더 포함하는, 코팅 제품.
- 상기 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 은을 포함하는 제2 IR 반사층은 상기 은을 포함하는 제1 IR 반사층보다 적어도 10 Å 더 두꺼운, 코팅 제품.
- 상기 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 은을 포함하는 제2 IR 반사층은 상기 은을 포함하는 제1 IR 반사층보다 적어도 20 Å 더 두꺼운, 코팅 제품.
- 상기 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 은을 포함하는 제2 IR 반사층은 상기 은을 포함하는 제1 IR 반사층보다 적어도 30 Å 더 두꺼운, 코팅 제품.
- 상기 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 NiCr을 포함하는 제1접촉층 상에 바로 접촉해서 위치하는 상기 실리콘 질화물을 포함하는 유전체층은 비정질인, 코팅 제품.
- 상기 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 NiCr을 포함하는 제1접촉층은 실질적으로 금속성이거나 금속성이면서 약 5%(원자%) 이하의 산소를 함유하는, 코팅 제품.
- 상기 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 NiCr을 포함하는 제2접촉층은 실질적으로 금속성이거나 금속성이면서 약 5%(원자%) 이하의 산소를 함유하는, 코팅 제품.
- 상기 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 NiCr을 포함하는 제3접촉층은 실질적으로 금속성이거나 금속성이고 약 5%(원자%) 이하의 산소를 함유하는, 코팅 제품.
- 상기 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제1접촉층, 제2접촉층, 및/또는 제3접촉층은 질소를 더 함유하는, 코팅 제품.
- 상기 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 코팅 제품은 모노리식으로 측정된 가시투과율이 약 20 내지 60%인, 코팅 제품.
- 상기 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 코팅 제품은 강화되지 않고 모노리식으로 측정된 가시투과율이 약 20 내지 55%인, 코팅 제품.
- 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 코팅 제품은 강화되는, 코팅 제품.
- 제15항에 있어서,
상기 코팅 제품은 열처리되고 유리측 반사율 ΔE* 값은 열처리로 인하여 5.0 이하인, 코팅 제품.
- 제16항에 있어서,
상기 코팅 제품은 열처리되고 유리측 반사율 ΔE* 값은 열처리로 인하여 4.5 이하인, 코팅 제품.
- 상기 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 은을 포함하는 제1 IR 반사층은 두께가 110 내지 145 Å이고, 상기 은을 포함하는 제2 IR 반사층은 두께가 150 내지 215 Å인, 코팅 제품.
- 상기 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 지르코늄 산화물을 포함하는 층은 두께가 25 내지 50 Å인, 코팅 제품.
- 상기 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 코팅은 시트 저항(Rs)이 4.0 옴/스퀘어 이하인, 코팅 제품.
- 상기 어느 한 항의 코팅 제품, 및 상기 코팅 제품에 커플링되는 또 다른 유리 기판을 포함하는, IG 윈도우 유닛.
- 유리 기판에 의해 지지되는 코팅을 포함하는 코팅 제품으로서, 상기 코팅은:
은을 포함하는 제1적외선(IR) 반사층 및 제2적외선(IR) 반사층 - 상기 제1 IR 반사층은 상기 제2 IR 반사층보다 상기 유리 기판에 가깝게 위치함 -;
상기 은을 포함하는 제1 IR 반사층 상에 바로 접촉해서 위치하는 제1접촉층;
상기 제1접촉층 상에 바로 접촉해서 위치하는 실리콘 질화물을 포함하는 유전체층;
상기 실리콘 질화물을 포함하는 층 상에 바로 접촉해서 위치하는 제2접촉층;
상기 제2접촉층 상에 바로 접촉해서 위치하는 상기 은을 포함하는 제2 IR 반사층;
상기 제2 IR 반사층 상에 바로 접촉해서 위치하는 제3접촉층;
상기 제3접촉층 상에 바로 접촉해서 위치하는 실리콘 질화물을 포함하는 또 다른 유전체층;
상기 실리콘 질화물을 포함하는 또 다른 유전체층 상에 바로 접촉해서 위치하는 지르코늄 산화물을 포함하는 층;을 포함하고,
상기 은을 포함하는 제2 IR 반사층은 상기 은을 포함하는 제1 IR 반사층보다 두껍고;
상기 은을 포함하는 제1 IR 반사층 및 제2 IR 반사층의 각각은 상기 지르코늄 산화물을 포함하는 층의 적어도 2배만큼 두껍고;
상기 코팅 제품은 모노리식으로 측정된 가시투과율이 60% 이하인, 코팅 제품.
