도 4는 실시예 1의 벨트식 무단 변속기에 있어서의 추력비에 대한 변속비의 특성을 나타내는 특성도이다.
도 5는 실시예 1의 저공기 밀도 보정부의 제어 구성을 나타내는 제어 블록도이다.
도 6은 실시예 1의 저공기 밀도 보정 처리를 실시한 상태를 나타내는 타임차트이다.
Claims (5)
- 유압실에 공급되는 유압에 의해 작동하는 가동 시브를 구비한 2개의 풀리간에 벨트를 권취 장착하여 동력을 전달하는 벨트식 무단 변속기의 유압 제어 장치이며,
상기 유압 제어 장치는, 주행 상태에 따른 요구 토크를 연산하고,
상기 요구 토크에 기초하여 상기 유압실에 공급하는 유압을 연산하고,
상기 벨트식 무단 변속기에 입력되는 실제 입력 토크를 연산하고,
상기 요구 토크가 상기 실제 입력 토크보다도 소정값 이상 큰 경우, 상기 요구 토크를 작게 하는, 벨트식 무단 변속기의 유압 제어 장치. - 유압실에 공급되는 유압에 의해 작동하는 가동 시브를 구비한 2개의 풀리간에 벨트를 권취 장착하여 동력을 전달하는 벨트식 무단 변속기의 유압 제어 장치이며,
주행 상태에 따른 요구 토크를 연산하는 요구 토크 연산 수단과,
상기 요구 토크에 기초하여 상기 유압실에 공급하는 유압을 연산하는 유압 연산 수단과,
벨트식 무단 변속기에 입력되는 실제 입력 토크를 연산하는 실제 입력 토크 연산 수단과,
상기 요구 토크가 상기 실제 입력 토크보다도 소정값 이상 큰 경우, 상기 요구 토크가 작아지도록 보정하는 보정 수단을 구비한, 벨트식 무단 변속기의 유압 제어 장치. - 제2항에 있어서, 상기 요구 토크에 제1 시상수의 필터 처리를 실시한 값을 요구 토크 필터값으로 하고,
상기 실제 입력 토크에 제1 시상수보다 짧은 제2 시상수의 필터 처리를 실시한 값을 실제 입력 토크 필터값으로 하였을 때,
상기 보정 수단은, 상기 요구 토크 필터값에 대한 상기 실제 입력 토크 필터값의 비율에 기초하여 상기 요구 토크를 보정하는, 벨트식 무단 변속기의 유압 제어 장치. - 제3항에 있어서, 상기 보정 수단은, 상기 요구 토크 필터값이, 상기 실제 입력 토크 필터값보다도 소정값 이상 커지도록 보정하는, 벨트식 무단 변속기의 유압 제어 장치.
- 제2항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 유압 연산 수단은, 상기 보정된 요구 토크와 상기 실제 입력 토크 중, 높은 쪽의 토크에 기초하여, 상기 유압실에 공급하는 유압을 연산하는, 벨트식 무단 변속기의 유압 제어 장치.
