Claims (15)
- 코발트, 철, 가돌리늄 및 니켈로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 자성 금속; 철, 망간, 코발트, 니켈 또는 이들 중 2개 이상의 혼합물의 자성 합금; 크롬, 망간, 코발트, 철, 니켈 또는 이들 중 2개 이상의 혼합물의 자성 옥사이드; 또는 이들 중 2개 이상의 혼합물을 포함하고, 6㎛ 초과 13㎛ 미만, 바람직하게는 약 7㎛ 내지 약 10㎛의 d50 값을 갖는, 비구형 자성 또는 자화성 안료 입자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 6㎛ 초과 13㎛ 미만, 바람직하게는 약 7㎛ 내지 약 10㎛의 d50 값과 함께 20㎛ 미만, 바람직하게는 약 15㎛ 이하의 d90 값을 갖는, 비구형 반사 자성 또는 자화성 안료 입자.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 안료 입자는 판상(platelet-shaped) 안료 입자인, 비구형 자성 또는 자화성 안료 입자.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 비구형 자성 또는 자화성 안료 입자의 적어도 일부가, 바람직하게는 자성 박막 간섭 안료 입자, 자성 콜레스테릭 액정 안료 입자, 자성 물질을 포함하는 간섭 코팅된 안료 입자 및 이들 중 2개 이상의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 비구형 광학 가변성 자성 또는 자화성 안료 입자로 구성된, 비구형 자성 또는 자화성 안료 입자.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 자성 박막 간섭 안료 입자가 5층의 파브리-페로(Fabry-Perot) 흡수층/유전층/반사층/유전층/흡수층의 다층 구조를 포함하고, 여기서 상기 반사층 및/또는 흡수층이 니켈, 철 및/또는 코발트, 및/또는 니켈, 철 및/또는 코발트를 포함하는 자성 합금, 및/또는 니켈(Ni), 철(Fe) 및/또는 코발트(Co)를 포함하는 자성 옥사이드를 포함하는 자성층인, 비구형 자성 또는 자화성 안료 입자.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 자성 박막 간섭 안료 입자가 7층의 파브리-페로 흡수층/유전층/반사층/자성층/반사층/유전층/흡수층의 다층 구조 또는 6층의 파브리-페로 다층 흡수층/유전층/반사층/자성층/유전층/흡수층의 다층 구조를 포함하고, 여기서 상기 자성층이 니켈, 철 및/또는 코발트, 및/또는 니켈, 철 및/또는 코발트를 포함하는 자성 합금, 및/또는 니켈, 철 및/또는 코발트를 포함하는 자성 옥사이드를 포함하는, 비구형 자성 또는 자화성 안료 입자.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 상기 반사층은 알루미늄, 크롬, 니켈 및 이의 합금으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상으로 독립적으로 제조된 것, 및/또는 상기 유전층은 불화마그네슘 및 이산화규소로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상으로 독립적으로 제조된 것, 및/또는 상기 흡수층은 크롬, 니켈 및 이의 합금으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상으로 독립적으로 제조된 것인, 비구형 자성 또는 자화성 안료 입자.
- 광학 효과층(OEL)을 제조하기 위한, 결합제 물질을 포함하는 코팅 조성물내 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항의 비구형 자성 또는 자화성 안료 입자의 용도.
- 광학 효과층(OEL)을 제조하기 위한 코팅 조성물로서, 상기 코팅 조성물은 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항의 비구형 자성 또는 자화성 안료 입자와 결합제 물질을 포함하는, 코팅 조성물.
- 경화 형태의 제9항의 코팅 조성물을 포함하고, 상기 비구형 자성 또는 자화성 안료 입자가 자성으로 배향되어 있는, 광학 효과층(OEL).
- a) 제9항의 코팅 조성물을 자기장 발생 장치의 기판 표면 또는 지지 표면에 도포하는 단계로서, 상기 코팅 조성물이 첫 번째 상태에 있는 단계,
b) 첫 번째 상태의 상기 코팅 조성물을 자기장 발생 장치의 자기장에 노출시킴으로써, 상기 비구형 자성 또는 자화성 안료 입자의 적어도 일부가 배향되는 단계, 및
c) 상기 코팅 조성물을 두 번째 상태로 경화시켜 상기 비구형 자성 또는 자화성 안료 입자가 채택된 위치 및 배향으로 고정되도록 하는 단계를 포함하는, 광학 효과층(OEL)의 제조방법. - 제11항에 있어서, 상기 경화 단계 c)가 단계 b)와 부분적으로 동시에 수행되는, 광학 효과층(OEL)의 제조방법.
- 기판 위에 제10항의 광학 효과층을 하나 이상 포함하는, 광학 효과 코팅 기판(optically effect coated substrate: OEC).
- 위변조 또는 사기로부터의 보안 문서 보호용, 또는 장식용의 제10항의 광학 효과층(OEL) 또는 제13항의 광학 효과 코팅 기판(OEC)의 용도.
- 제10항의 광학 효과층(OEL)을 하나 이상 포함하는, 보안 문서, 또는 장식 소자 또는 물체.
