Abstract
본 발명은, 트리옥산 등을 포함하는 원료를 반응장치(1)에 공급하는 원료공급공정과, 반응장치 전화율(후술하는 D/C)이 0.5가 될 때까지의 중합환경온도를 100℃ 이하로 하고, 이후 더욱 중합을 실시하여 반응 혼합물을 얻는 중합반응공정과, 115℃ 이상, 140℃ 미만의 환경온도에서 상기 반응 혼합물로부터 미반응 모노머를 기화 분리시키는 기화분리공정과, 분리된 모노머를 상기 원료공급공정에 공급하는 미반응 모노머 재공급공정과, 상기 반응 혼합물로부터 폴리아세탈 공중합체를 회수하는 폴리아세탈 공중합체 회수공정, 을 포함한다. 이에 따라, 반응장치(1)에 새롭게 공급되는 모노머(A)와, 반응장치(1)로부터 회수 및 재공급되는 모노머(B)의 합으로 규정되는 전체공급 모노머(C)에 대한 폴리아세탈 공중합체(D)의 중량비(D/C)는 0.7 이상이 되고, D/A는 0.85 이상이 된다.

Claims (7)
- 2개의 평행하고 서로 동일한 방향 또는 다른 방향으로 회전하는 축과, 각 축상에 장착된 다수의 패들과, 해당 패들 외주에 근접하는 배럴, 을 가지며, 주기적으로 패들의 장축단(長軸端)이 상대측의 단축단(短軸端)에 근접하도록 구성되고, 축방향의 일단에 설치된 투입구로부터 원료가 투입되고, 타단에 설치된 복수의 취출구로부터 반응 혼합물 및 미반응 모노머를 얻는 연속교반 혼합기 타입의 반응장치에, 트리옥산, 이 트리옥산과 공중합하는 코모노머, 및 불휘발성의 프로톤산을 포함하는 원료를 공급하는 원료공급공정과,
상기 원료의 중합반응을 실시하여 반응 혼합물을 얻는 중합반응공정과,
115℃ 이상, 140℃ 미만의 환경온도에서 상기 반응 혼합물로부터 미반응 모노머를 기화 분리시키는 기화분리공정과,
상기 기화분리공정에서 분리시킨 모노머를 상기 원료공급공정에 공급하는 미반응 모노머 재공급공정과,
상기 반응 혼합물로부터 폴리아세탈 공중합체를 회수하는 폴리아세탈 공중합체 회수공정, 을 포함하고,
상기 중합반응공정은, 상기 반응장치에 새롭게 공급되는 모노머(A)와, 상기 반응장치로부터 회수 및 재공급되는 모노머(B)의 합으로 규정되는 전체 공급 모노머(C)에 대한 상기 폴리아세탈 공중합체(D)의 중량비(D/C)가 0.5가 될 때까지의 중합환경온도를 100℃ 이하로 하고, 이후 더욱 중합을 실시하여 반응 혼합물을 얻는 공정으로,
상기 D/C가 0.7 이상이고,
상기 반응장치에 새롭게 공급되는 모노머(A)에 대한 상기 폴리아세탈 공중합체(D)의 중량비(D/A)가 0.85 이상인, 폴리아세탈 공중합체의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 불휘발성의 프로톤산은, 헤테로폴리산, 이소폴리산 또는 이들 산성염에서 선택되는 적어도 1종을 포함하는 폴리아세탈 공중합체의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 불휘발성의 프로톤산이 다음의 일반식(1)로 표시되는 헤테로폴리산 또는 그 산성염을 포함하는 폴리아세탈 공중합체의 제조방법.

〔일반식(1)에서, M은 P 및/또는 Si에서 선택되는 중심 원소를 나타내고, M'는 W, Mo, V에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 배위원소를 나타낸다. l는 10~100이고, m은 1~10이며, n는 6~40이고, x는 1이상이며, y는 0~50이다.〕 - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 헤테로폴리산 또는 그 산성염은, 인몰리브덴산, 인텅스텐산, 인몰리브드텅스텐산, 인몰리브드바나듐산, 인몰리브드텅스트바나듐산, 인텅스트바나듐산, 규텅스텐산, 규몰리브덴산, 규몰리브드텅스텐산, 규몰리브드텅스트바나듐산 또는 이들 산성염에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 화합물을 포함하는 폴리아세탈 공중합체의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 불휘발성의 프로톤산이 다음의 일반식 (2) 또는 (3)으로 표시되는 이소폴리산 또는 그 산성염을 포함하는 폴리아세탈 공중합체의 제조방법.

〔일반식 (2) 및 (3)에서, MI는 수소이나, 일부가 금속으로 치환되어 있을 수 있다. MV는 주기율표 V족의 V, Nb, Ta에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 원소를 나타낸다. MVI는 주기율표 VI족의 Cr, Mo, W, U에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 원소를 나타낸다. p 및 x는 1이상이고, y는 0~50이다.〕 - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 이소폴리산 또는 그 산성염은, 파라텅스텐산, 메타텅스텐산, 파라몰리브덴산, 메타몰리브덴산, 파라바나듐산, 메타바나듐산 또는 이들 산성염에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 화합물을 포함하는 폴리아세탈 공중합체의 제조방법. - 제1항에서 제6항의 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 코모노머는, 1,3-디옥솔란, 디에틸렌글리콜포르말, 1,4-부탄디올포르말, 에틸렌옥사이드에서 선택되는 적어도 1종을 포함하는 폴리아세탈 공중합체의 제조방법.
