Claims (17)
- 서로 분리될 수 있고 각각 내표면 A' 및 B'을 가지며 함께 내강(interior cavity)을 형성하는 사출 주형 부품 A 및 B를 갖는 사출 주형(이 때, 내표면 A'은 3차원 패턴을 형성하는 기부 구역 상의 돌기(protuberance) 및/또는 홈(depression)을 가짐)을 제공하고;
상기 사출 주형을 개방한 상태에서, 박편형 효과 안료로 착색된 열가소성 시트를 표면 A'에 고정하고;
상기 사출 주형을 닫고;
투명한 열가소성 용융물을 열가소성 시트와 사출 주형 부품 B의 표면 B' 사이의 내강에 도입하고;
상기 사출 주형을 가열 또는 냉각하고; 이어서
중합체 성형품을 주형에서 꺼내거나 제거하는,
표면중 하나 이상에 3차원 패턴을 갖는 중합체 성형품을 생성시키기 위한 사출 성형 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,

상기 박편형 효과 안료가 진주 광택 안료, 간섭 안료, 금속 효과 안료, 박편형 기능성 안료, 박편형의 구조화된 안료 또는 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는, 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 박편형 효과 안료가 5 내지 250㎛의 입자 크기 및 2 이상의 종횡비를 가짐을 특징으로 하는, 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 박편형 효과 안료가 박편형 기판 및 기판 상의 하나 이상의 층으로 구성되고, 이 때 상기 기판 및 기판 상에 바로 위치하는 층 및/또는 각각의 경우 인접한 둘 이상의 층이 적어도 Δn=0.1의 값만큼 굴절률(refractive index) 면에서 서로 상이함을 특징으로 하는, 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 박편형 효과 안료가, 착색된 열가소성 시트의 총 중량을 기준으로 0.1 내지 20중량%의 양으로 착색된 열가소성 시트에 존재함을 특징으로 하는, 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 착색된 열가소성 시트가, 박편형 효과 안료 이외에도 추가의 유기 또는 무기 유색 안료, 염료 및/또는 충전제를 또한 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 의해 수득되는, 표면 B" 및 3차원 패턴을 갖는 표면 A"을 갖는 중합체 성형품으로서, 기부 구역 상에 3차원 패턴을 형성하는 돌기 및/또는 홈을 갖는 3차원 패턴을 갖는 표면 A"이 박편형 효과 안료로 착색된 열가소성 시트로 구성되고, 상기 열가소성 시트가 형태-맞춤(form-fitting) 방식으로 투명한 열가소성 재료에 강하게 결합되는, 중합체 성형품.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,
상기 열가소성 시트가 박편형 효과 안료로 매스-착색된 것임을 특징으로 하는, 중합체 성형품. - 제 10 항 또는 제 11 항에 있어서,
상기 중합체 성형품의 표면 B"이 투명한 열가소성 재료로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는, 중합체 성형품. - 제 10 항 내지 제 12 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
투명한 열가소성 재료와 열가소성 시트 사이에 접착 촉진 층이 위치함을 특징으로 하는, 중합체 성형품. - 제 10 항 내지 제 13 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 표면 A" 상의 3차원 패턴이 음각 디자인이고, 상기 3차원 패턴을 갖는 표면 A"이 성형품의 배면(back)을 나타냄을 특징으로 하는, 중합체 성형품. - 제 10 항 내지 제 14 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 중합체 성형품이 표면 A" 상에 하나 이상의 추가적인 층을 가짐을 특징으로 하는, 중합체 성형품. - 내구성 제품의 장식 요소 및/또는 기능 요소로서의, 제 10 항 내지 제 15 항중 어느 한 항에 따른 중합체 성형품의 용도.
- 제 16 항에 있어서,
상기 내구성 제품이 포장재, 전기 및 전자 산업 제품, 가전제품, 가구, 의류, 가방, 신발, 스포츠용품 또는 차량임을 특징으로 하는, 용도.
