Abstract
Description
도 2는 도 1에 도시된 파스너 장치의 클립 내로 삽입되도록 특별히 적용된 적정 조립 인디케이터의 실시형태의 사시도이다.
도 3은 도 1에 도시된 클립 내의 사전 조립 위치로 부분적으로 삽입되었을 때, 도 2에 도시된 적정 조립 인디케이터의 길이 방향 단면도이다.
도 4는 클립이 조립될 때에만 부품 내로 삽입되고, 적정 조립 인디케이터가 클립 내로 사전 조립 위치 내로 부분적으로 삽입되는 사전 조립 상태의 본 발명의 파스너 장치의 사시도이다.
도 5는 클립 내의 사전 조립 위치 내로 부분적으로 삽입되고, 상기 클립이 지지부 내로 부분적으로 삽입되었을 때 클립의 캐치 요소가 수축되는 효과 하에 수축되는 적정 조립 인디케이터의 길이 방향 단면도이다.
도 6은 클립의 캐치 요소가 탄성적으로 해방되기 바로 전, 적정 조립 인디케이터와 클립의 상대 위치를 도시하는 확대된 길이 방향 단면도이다.
도 7은 적정 조립 인디케이터의 플렉서블 탭이 지지부와 접촉함으로써 클립 내부로 수축된 것이 유지될 때, 탄성적으로 해방된 후 크램핑 위치에 있는 캐치 요소의 길이 방향 단면도이다.
도 8은 클립 내로 완전히 삽입되었을 때 적정 조립 인디케이터를 도시하는 확대된 길이 방향 단면도이다.
도 9 및 도 10은 각각 연결 결합이 정확히 확립되었는지를 나타내도록 적정 조립 인디케이터의 변형 가능한 헤드에 의해 유지될 수 있는 2개의 다른 형태 중 하나의 도면이다.
도 11 및 도 12는 각각 연결 결합이 정확히 확립되었는지를 나타내도록 적정 조립 인디케이터의 변형 가능한 헤드에 의해 유지될 수 있는 2개의 또 다른 형태 중 하나의 도면이다.

Claims (9)
- 부품(7)을 지지부(18)에 조립하기 위한 파스너 장치로서,
상기 파스너 장치는 헤드와, 축 방향으로 헤드 아래로 연장되며 상기 축 방향으로 헤드로부터 이격되는 크램핑면(12)을 규정하는 변형 가능한 캐치 요소를 포함하고,
상기 캐치 요소는 클립의 헤드와 크램핑면 사이에 부품과 지지부를 크램핑함으로써 조립을 달성하는 방식으로 부품 및 지지부를 통해서 삽입되도록 디자인되고,
클립이 지지부를 통과해서 완전히 삽입될 때까지, 캐치 요소가 부품 및 지지부를 통해서 삽입될 때, 크램핑면이 축 방향을 가로질러 클립 내부로 탄성적으로 수축되는 방식으로 캐치 요소가 디자인되고,
크램핑면은 클립의 외측으로 탄성적으로 되돌아와서, 캐치 요소가 완전 삽입 위치에 있을 때마다 지지부를 크램핑하기 위한 크램핑 위치에 유지되며,
파스너 장치는 클립이 크램핑 위치에 적절히 조립되었는지를 체크하기 위한, 적정 조립 인디케이터(4)를 더 포함하고, 상기 적정 조립 인디케이터는 클립 내부로 축 방향으로 삽입되도록 디자인된 스터드 종류의 형상이고,
상기 인디케이터와 상기 클립은 캐치 요소가 지지부를 통해 삽입되었을 때, 인디케이터가 캐치 요소의 접촉부(16)에 의해 클립 내부로 축 방향으로 관통하는 것이 방지되고, 아울러, 클립의 내부를 향해 수축하는 크램핑면의 영향으로 인해 인디케이터가 클립의 내부를 향해 상기 축 방향을 가로질러 탄성적으로 수축하도록 제약되며, 캐치 요소의 크램핑면이 후방으로부터 지지부를 크램핑하기 위해 완전히 크램핑 위치로 들어왔을 때에만 인디케이터가 완전히 클립 내부로 삽입되는 것이 가능하고, 제 위치를 벗어나 이동한 캐치 요소의 접촉부가 인디케이터를 상기 축 방향으로 통과하도록 하는 것인 파스너 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
인디케이터는 플라스틱 재료로 제조되고, 클립은 금속으로 제조되는 것인 파스너 장치. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
인디케이터는 인디케이터가 클립 내에 완전히 삽입되었을 때 가시적 또는 촉각적 표시 수단을 구성하도록 디자인되는 헤드를 갖는 것인 파스너 장치. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
인디케이터는 인디케이터가 클립 내에 완전히 삽입되었을 때, 클립의 헤드와 접촉하자마자 변형되도록 디자인되는 변형 가능한 헤드를 갖는 것인 파스너 장치. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
인디케이터의 변형 가능한 헤드는 인디케이터가 클립 내에 완전히 삽입되었을 때 피봇되도록 배치되는 폴딩부(24)를 갖는 것인 파스너 장치. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
위로부터 보았을 때, 클립의 헤드는 인디케이터가 클립 내에 완전히 삽입되었을 때 인디케이터의 변형 가능한 헤드에 의해 적어도 부분적으로 은폐되는 것인 파스너 장치. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
위로부터 보았을 때, 인디케이터의 변형 가능한 헤드는 인디케이터가 클립 내에 완전히 삽입되었을 때 적어도 부분적으로 클립의 헤드를 노출시키는 것인 파스너 장치. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
클립의 헤드는 클립의 캐치 요소를 구성하고 커버 플레이트와 협동해서 채널 섹션 부재를 형성하는 2개의 캐치 아암(5, 6)이 수직으로 연장되는 커버 플레이트(2)의 형상을 하고, 각 캐치 아암은 채널 섹션 부재의 내부를 향해 만곡되고 채널 섹션 부재의 외측으로 돌출되는 크램핑면을 형성하는 자유 단부를 갖고,
인디케이터는 상기 캐치 아암 사이에서 축 방향으로 연장되는 적어도 2개의 플렉서블 잠금탭(21)을 갖고,
상기 잠금탭은 축 방향을 가로질러 서로 이격되고, 각각이 힐(22)과 소울(23)을 갖고,
잠금탭의 힐은 각 잠금탭의 소울이 캐치 아암에 축 방향 접촉되도록 디자인되고, 캐치 요소 내에서 축 방향으로 연장되는 슬롯(15) 내에 스냅 체결되도록 디자인되는 것인 파스너 장치. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
부품은 에어백이고, 지지부는 자동차의 고정된 구성 요소인 것인 파스너 장치.
