Abstract
Description
Claims (14)
- 물 및 하기 용해된 성분을 포함하는 부동태화 및 브라이트닝화 수성 조성물:
(A) 하나 이상의 불소 무(無)함유 산;
(B) 하나 이상의 불소 함유 무기 화합물;
(C) 하나 이상의 퍼옥시 부분 함유 물질; 및
(D) 탄소수 3 이상 8 이하의 히드록실기를 2 개 초과로 함유하는 하나 이상의 유기 화합물. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 성분 (D) 에 따른 하나 이상의 유기 화합물이 환원당 및 폴리올, 바람직하게는 폴리올로부터 선택되는 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 성분 (D) 에 따른 하나 이상의 유기 화합물이 1,2,3-트리히드록시프로판, 1,2,3,4-테트라히드록시부탄, 1,2,3,4,5-펜타히드록시펜탄, 1,2,3,4,5,6-헥사히드록시헥산, 바람직하게는 소르비톨, 자일리톨, 메조-에리트리톨 및/또는 글리세롤, 더욱 바람직하게는 소르비톨, 자일리톨 및/또는 글리세롤로부터 선택되는 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분 (D) 에 따른 하나 이상의 유기 화합물이 2 내지 15 g/l 범위, 바람직하게는 3 내지 9 g/l 범위로 존재하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분 (A) 에 따른 하나 이상의 산이 3.5 미만의 제 1 탈양성자화 단계를 위한 pKa 값을 갖고, 바람직하게는 황산, 인산 및/또는 시트르산, 더욱 바람직하게는 황산 및/또는 인산으로부터 선택되는 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분 (A) 에 따른 하나 이상의 산이 0.5 내지 100 g/l 범위, 바람직하게는 10 내지 30 g/l 범위로 존재하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분 (B) 에 따른 하나 이상의 불소 함유 무기 화합물이 유리 (free) 또는 복합체 (complex) 플루오라이드, 바람직하게는 주기율표의 4 족, 13 족 및/또는 14 족 원소 기반의 복합체 플루오라이드, 더욱 바람직하게는 원소 B, Si, Ti 및/또는 Zr 의 복합체 플루오라이드로부터 선택되는 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분 (B) 에 따른 하나 이상의 불소 함유 무기 화합물이 불소 함량으로 계산시 4 내지 25 g/l, 바람직하게는 8 내지 16 g/l 범위로 존재하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분 (C) 에 따른 하나 이상의 퍼옥시 부분 함유 물질이 과산화수소, 과산화황산, 과산화아세트산, 과산화붕산, 과산화인산, 과산화이인산, 및 이들의 염으로부터 선택되는 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분 (C) 에 따른 하나 이상의 퍼옥시 부분 함유 물질이 과산화수소 함량으로 계산시 3 내지 25 g/l 범위, 바람직하게는 5 내지 20 g/l 범위로 존재하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 화합물 (D) 와 상이하고 하기로부터 선택되는 성분 (E) 로서의 하나 이상의 유기 화합물을 부가적으로 포함하는 조성물:
(E1) 각각의 분자 내 하나 이상의 에테르 부분 및 하나 이상의 히드록실 부분 둘 모두를 함유하는 분자로 이루어진 물질;
(E2) 각각의 분자 내 둘 이상의 에테르 부분을 함유하는 분자로 이루어진 물질; 및/또는
(E3) 각각의 분자 내 하나 이상의 에테르 부분 및 셋 이상의 탄소 원자에 공유 결합된 하나의 질소 원자 둘 모두를 함유하는 분자로 이루어진 물질. - 제 11 항에 있어서, 바람직하게는 하기와 같은 화합물로부터 선택되는 성분 (E1) 에 따른 하나 이상의 유기 화합물을 포함하는 조성물:
- 각각의 분자는 3, 4, 5 또는 6 (제시된 순서대로 선호도가 증가함) 이상 및 독립적으로 바람직하게는 100, 50, 40, 30, 25, 20, 16, 14, 12, 10 또는 8 (제시된 순서대로 선호도가 증가함) 이하의 탄소수를 갖고;
- 각각의 분자는 3, 2 또는 1 (제시된 순서대로 선호도가 증가함) 이하의 히드록실기의 수를 갖고;
- 각각의 분자는 50, 40, 30, 25, 20, 15, 10, 8, 6, 4, 3 또는 2 (제시된 순서대로 선호도가 증가함) 이하의 에테르 부분의 수를 갖고; 및
- 각각의 분자 내 에테르 부분의 하나 이상의 산소 원자는 탄소수 2 이상, 또는 더욱 바람직하게는 탄소수 3 이상의 말단 1가 알킬기에 결합됨. - 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 1 g/l 미만, 바람직하게는 100 ppm 미만의 질산염을 함유하는 조성물.
- 바람직하게는 0.10 at.-% 이상의 황 합금량을 갖는 오스테나이트계, 페라이트계 또는 마르텐사이트계 스테인리스강 등급의 브라이트닝화 및 부동태화 방법으로서, 상기 스테인리스강 등급을 중간 세척 단계 포함 또는 미포함 산세 후, 이어서 제 1 항 내지 제 13 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 브라이트닝화 및 부동태화 조성물과 접촉시키는 방법.
