Claims (10)
- 물 및 하기의 용해된 성분을 함유하는 브라이트닝화(brightening) 및 부동화 액체 조성물과 스테인리스 강의 표면을 접촉시킴으로써 상기 표면을 브라이트닝화 및 부동화하는 방법:(A) 하나 이상의 산;(B) 퍼옥시 부분을 포함하는 하나 이상의 물질; 및(C) 하나 이상의 에테르 부분 및 하나 이상의 히드록실 부분 모두를 각 분자 내에 포함하는 분자로 구성된 물질로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 유기 물질(여기서, 산 성분 (A)는 황산, 아황산, 플루오르화수소산, 및 염산으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 산을 상기 전체 브라이트닝화 및 부동화 액체 1 리터 당 5 그램 이상의 농도로 포함하며, 부가적으로, 또한 인함유 산을 상기 전체 브라이트닝화 및 부동화 액체 1 리터 당 0 초과 25 그램 이하의 농도로 포함함).
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 브라이트닝화 및 부동화액 내의, H3PO4와 화학량론적 등량으로서 측정된(이 화학량론은 수용액에서 이온화에 의해 실제적으로 또는 잠재적으로 형성된 동일한 수의 인함유 음이온에 기초함) 모든 인함유 산의 질량은 H2O2와 화학량론적 등량으로서 측정된 성분 (C)의 질량에 대한 비를 가지며, 여기서 두 질량 모두는 동일한 단위로 측정된 것으로서, 상기 비는 0.03:1.00 내지 8:1.00 인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 브라이트닝화 및 부동화 액체 내의,- 산의 농도가 500 g/ℓ이하이고;- 성분 (C)의 농도가 0.4 내지 75 g/ℓ인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 브라이트닝화 및 부동화 액체 내의,- 성분 (C)의 각 분자는 탄소수 3 내지 30 이며;- 성분 (C)의 각 분자는 3개 이하의 히드록실기를 가지고;- 각 분자내의 에테르 부분에서 하나 이상의 산소 원자가 탄소수 2 이상의 말단 단가 알킬기에 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 브라이트닝화 및 부동화 액체 내의,- H3PO4와 화학량론적 등량으로서 측정된(이 화학량론은 수용액에서 이온화에 의해 실제적으로 또는 잠재적으로 형성된 동일한 수의 인함유 음이온에 기초함) 모든 인함유 산의 질량은 H2O2와 화학량론적 등량으로서 측정된 성분 (C)의 질량에 대한 비를 가지며, 여기서 두 질량 모두는 동일한 단위로 측정된 것으로서, 상기 비는 0.7:1.00 내지 6:1.00 이고;- 산의 농도가 140 g/ℓ이하이며;- 성분 (C)의 농도가 5 내지 30 g/ℓ이고;- 성분 (C)의 각 분자는 탄소수 4 내지 10 이고;- 성분 (C)의 각 분자는 1 개 이하의 히드록실기를 가지며;- 각 분자내의 에테르 부분에서 하나 이상의 산소 원자가 탄소수 2 이상의 말단 단가 알킬기에 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 브라이트닝화 및 부동화 액체가 2.5 g/ℓ이상의 금속 이온을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 브라이트닝화 및 부동화 액체가, 브라이트닝화 및 부동화되는 금속 표면과 접촉하는 동안 20 내지 50℃ 의 온도에서 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,- 브라이트닝화 및 부동화 액체와 금속 표면 사이의 접촉이 침지 또는 분무에 의해 행해지며;- 접촉 시간은, 접촉이 분무에 의한 경우 30 초 이하이고, 접촉이 침지에 의한 경우 30 분 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
