Claims (5)
- 체적 기준 적산 입도 분포에서의 적산 입도로 50%의 입경이 5∼50㎛인 생 코크스 분말을 비산화성 분위기 중 600∼1450℃의 온도 조건하에서 가열 처리하여 이루어지는 코크스 분말과, 탄소 전구체 바인더를, 상기 코크스 분말 100질량부에 대해 상기 탄소 전구체 바인더의 고정 탄소량이 5∼15질량부가 되도록 용융 혼합한 후, 가압 성형하여 가압 성형체를 제작하고, 이어서,
상기 가압 성형체를 비산화성 분위기 중에서 가열 처리하여 탄소화 및 흑연화를 실시함으로써 흑연화 성형체를 얻고,
얻어진 흑연화 성형체를 분쇄 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지 음극재용 흑연분말의 제조방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 가압 성형 시의 성형압이 1∼1000kgf/㎠인, 리튬 이차전지 음극재용 흑연분말의 제조방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 탄소 전구체 바인더가, 석탄계 피치, 석유계 피치, 에틸렌 헤비 엔드 타르, 안트라센 오일, 크레오소트유 및 FCC 디켄트 오일에서 선택되는 1종 이상인, 리튬 이차전지 음극재용 흑연분말의 제조방법. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 탄소 전구체 바인더가, 석탄계 피치, 석유계 피치, 에틸렌 헤비 엔드 타르, 안트라센 오일, 크레오소트유 및 FCC 디켄트 오일에서 선택되는 1종 이상인, 리튬 이차전지 음극재용 흑연분말의 제조방법. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 4 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
얻어지는 리튬 이차전지 음극재용 흑연분말이, 구형도가 1.0∼2.0, 체적 기준 적산 입도 분포에서의 적산 입도로 50%의 입경이 5∼50㎛, 체적 기준 적산 입도 분포에서의 적산 입도로 90%의 입경/체적 기준 적산 입도 분포에서의 적산 입도로 10%의 입경으로 나타내는 비가 2∼16, 질소 흡착 비표면적이 1.0∼4.0㎡/g인, 리튬 이차전지 음극재용 흑연분말의 제조방법.
