Claims (5)
- 300℃에서 1시간 가열한 후에, 300MPa의 응력을 부하시켰을 때의 변형량이 0.2~0.4%인 것을 특징으로 하는 구리박.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
300℃에서 1시간 가열한 후에, 300MPa의 응력을 부하시켰을 때의 변형량이 0.2~0.33%인 것을 특징으로 하는 구리박. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 구리박에 몰리브덴, 티탄, 델루르 중 적어도 1종이 0.005~0.3 질량% 포함되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 구리박. - 300℃에서 1시간 가열한 후에, 300MPa의 응력을 부하시켰을 때의 변형량이 0.2~0.4%인 것을 특징으로 하는 구리박의 표면에, 실리콘, 게르마늄, 주석 중 1종 이상을 포함한 활물질층을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수 전해질 이차전지용 음극.
- 제 4항에 기재된 비수 전해질 이차전지용 음극을 사용한 비수 전해질 이차전지.
