Claims (15)
- a) 외부 면(I) 및 내부 면(IV),
b) 외부 면(I) 및 내부 면(IV)에서의 투명 중합체성 성분(2),
c) 투명 중합체성 성분(2)의 하나 이상의 구역에서 내부 면(IV)에 동일 높이로 마운팅된 불투명 중합체성 성분(3),
d) 투명 중합체성 성분(2)과 불투명 중합체성 성분(3)을 연결하는 계면(V), 및 투명 중합체성 성분(2)과 불투명 중합체성 성분(3)과 주위 공기가 만나는 접합점(9),
e) 투명 중합체성 성분(2) 및 불투명 중합체성 성분(3)을 통과하고 외부 면(I)에 대해 가장 가깝게 평행한 것으로서 정의된 제1 내면(II), 및
f) 투명 중합체성 성분(2) 및 불투명 중합체성 성분(3)을 통과하고 외부 면(I)에 대해 가장 멀리서 평행한 것으로서 정의된 제2 내면(III)
을 적어도 포함하고, 여기서
- 접합점(9)에서, 계면(V)과 제2 내면(III)이, 제1 내면(II) 방향으로, 20°내지 100°의 각 α를 형성하고,
- 계면(V)이 추가로 전진하면서 한 번 이상 그의 경사도가 변화하고 하나 이상의 구역에서 제2 내면(III)과 10°내지 60°의 각 α1을 형성하고,
- 상이한 경사면들 사이의 전이부가 내부 면(IV)으로부터 0.1 ㎜ 내지 1 ㎜ 아래에 놓인 것인
중합체성 차량 글레이징(1). - 제1항에 있어서, 계면(V)이
- 접합점(9)에서, 제1 내면(II) 방향으로, 제2 내면(III)과 50°내지 90°의 각 α를 형성하고,
- 추가로 전진하면서 그의 경사도가 한 번 이상 변화하고 하나 이상의 구역에서 제2 내면(III)과 25°내지 45°의 각 α1을 형성하고, 상이한 경사면들 사이의 전이부가 내부 면(IV)으로부터 0.3 ㎜ 내지 0.6 ㎜ 아래에 놓인 것인
중합체성 차량 글레이징(1). - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 내부 면(IV)과 제2 내면(III)이 불투명 중합체성 성분(3)의 하나 이상의 구역 내에서, 주변부 방향으로 10°내지 100°, 바람직하게는 20°내지 60°의 각 β를 형성하는 것인 중합체성 차량 글레이징(1).
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 내부 면(IV)이 접착 표면(VI)을 포함하고, 상기 접촉 표면은 제2 내면(III)에 대해 평행하거나 동일하고 제2 내면(III)으로부터 바람직하게는 0.5 ㎜ 내지 10 ㎜, 보다 바람직하게는 1 ㎜ 내지 5 ㎜ 위에 있는 것인 중합체성 차량 글레이징(1).
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 내부 면(IV)이 두 개 이상의 전기 접촉부(8) 및 하나 이상의 전도성 와이어(4)를 포함하고, 전기 접촉부(8)가 불투명 중합체성 성분(3) 상에 위치하는 것인 중합체성 차량 글레이징(1).
- 제5항에 있어서, 전기 접촉부(8)가 상부 버스바(5.1) 및 하부 버스바(5.2)를 포함하는 것인 중합체성 차량 글레이징(1).
- 제6항에 있어서, 전도성 와이어(4)가 상부 버스바(5.1) 및 하부 버스바(5.2)에 전기적으로 접속되고, 하부 버스바(5.2)가 불투명 중합체성 성분(3)에 접착된 것인 중합체성 차량 글레이징(1).
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 불투명 중합체성 성분(3)이 투명 중합체성 성분(2)을 둘러싸는 원주형 프레임을 형성하는 것인 중합체성 차량 글레이징(1).
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 투명 중합체성 성분(2)의 최대 두께가 1 ㎜ 내지 20 ㎜, 바람직하게는 2 ㎜ 내지 8 ㎜, 보다 더 바람직하게는 4 ㎜ 내지 7 ㎜이고, 불투명 중합체성 성분(3)의 최대 두께가 0.5 ㎜ 내지 15 ㎜, 바람직하게는 2 ㎜ 내지 8 ㎜, 보다 바람직하게는 3 ㎜ 내지 5 ㎜인 중합체성 차량 글레이징(1).
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 투명 중합체성 성분(2)이 폴리에틸렌, 폴리카르보네이트, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리스티렌, 폴리부타디엔, 폴리니트릴, 폴리에스테르, 폴리우레탄, 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트, 폴리아크릴레이트, 폴리아미드, 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트, 아크릴로니트릴 부타디엔 스티렌, 스티렌-아크릴로니트릴, 아크릴산 에스테르 스티렌 아크릴로니트릴, 아크릴로니트릴 부타디엔 스티렌/폴리카르보네이트, 폴리카르보네이트/아크릴로니트릴 부타디엔 스티렌, 그의 혼합물 및/또는 공중합체, 바람직하게는 폴리카르보네이트 및/또는 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트를 함유하는 것인 중합체성 차량 글레이징(1).
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 불투명 중합체성 성분(3)이 폴리에틸렌, 폴리카르보네이트, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리스티렌, 폴리부타디엔, 폴리니트릴, 폴리에스테르, 폴리우레탄, 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트, 폴리아크릴레이트, 폴리아미드, 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트, 아크릴로니트릴 부타디엔 스티렌, 스티렌-아크릴로니트릴, 아크릴산 에스테르 스티렌 아크릴로니트릴, 아크릴로니트릴 부타디엔 스티렌/폴리카르보네이트, 폴리카르보네이트/아크릴로니트릴 부타디엔 스티렌 및/또는 그의 혼합물 또는 공중합체, 바람직하게는 폴리카르보네이트 및/또는 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 및/또는 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트 (PMMA), 보다 더 바람직하게는 아크릴로니트릴 부타디엔 스티렌/폴리카르보네이트, 및 하나 이상의 착색제를 함유하는 것인 중합체성 차량 글레이징(1).
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 폴리실록산, 폴리아크릴레이트, 폴리메타크릴레이트 및/또는 폴리우레탄을 포함하며, 바람직하게는 1 ㎛ 내지 50 ㎛, 보다 바람직하게는 2 ㎛ 내지 25 ㎛의 두께를 갖는 보호 코팅(8)으로 코팅된 중합체성 차량 글레이징(1).
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 중합체성 차량 글레이징(1)의 제조 방법이며,
a) 투명 중합체성 성분(2)과 불투명 중합체성 성분(3)을 2-성분 사출 성형하고, 여기서 불투명 중합체성 성분(3)을 투명 중합체성 성분(2) 상에 동일 높이로 겹성형하고,
b) 외부 면(I) 및/또는 내부 면(IV) 상에 보호 코팅(10)을 적용하고,
c) 불투명 중합체성 성분(3)의 내부 면(IV) 상에 하나 이상의 하부 버스바(5.2)를 적용하고,
d) 중합체성 차량 글레이징(1)의 내부 면(IV) 상에 전도성 와이어(4)를 초음파 일체화시키고,
e) 전도성 와이어(4)를 갖는 하부 버스바(5.2) 상에 상부 버스바(5.1)를 적용하고 버스바(5)와 전도성 와이어(4)를 전기적으로 접속시키는 것
을 포함하는 방법. - 제13항에 있어서, 보호 코팅(10)을 중합체성 차량 글레이징(1)의 외부 면(I) 및 내부 면(IV) 상에 적용하는 것인, 중합체성 차량 글레이징(1)의 제조 방법.
- 자동차용 글레이징, 항공기용 글레이징, 열차용 글레이징, 선박용 글레이징으로서의, 바람직하게는, 자동차에서의 백라이트, 사이드라이트 또는 윈드쉴드로서의, 또는 램프 커버로서의, 바람직하게는 헤드램프용 커버로서의, 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 중합체성 차량 글레이징(1)의 용도.
