Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시형태에 따른 복합 가스 배리어 적층체의 제조 방법에 있어서, 가스 배리어 적층체(A), 가스 배리어 적층체(B) 및 스타이렌계 열가소성 엘라스토머 수지의 필름(c)를 가열 압착시키는 공정을 모식적으로 나타내는 도면이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시형태에 따른 복합 전극을 그 주면에 수직인 평면으로 절단한 단면을 모식적으로 나타내는 도면이다.

Claims (6)
- 지환식 폴리올레핀 수지의 필름(a), 및 상기 필름(a)의 적어도 한 면에 형성된 무기층(a)를 구비하는 가스 배리어 적층체(A)와,
지환식 폴리올레핀 수지의 필름(b), 및 상기 필름(b)의 적어도 한 면에 형성된 무기층(b)를 구비하는 가스 배리어 적층체(B)가,
상기 무기층(a)와 상기 무기층(b)가 대향하도록, 스타이렌계 열가소성 엘라스토머 수지의 층을 개재시켜 접착된 복합 가스 배리어 적층체. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 열가소성 엘라스토머 수지의 층의 두께가 10㎛∼150㎛이고,
상기 열가소성 엘라스토머 수지가 스타이렌-공액 다이엔 블록 공중합체 수소화물을 포함하는 복합 가스 배리어 적층체. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 무기층(a) 및 상기 무기층(b)가 화학 기상 성장법에 의해서 형성된, 적어도 Si를 함유하는 층이고,
상기 무기층(a) 및 상기 무기층(b)의 두께가 300nm∼2000nm인 복합 가스 배리어 적층체. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 무기층(a)와 상기 무기층(b)가 동일한 재료로 형성되며, 또한 동일한 두께를 갖고,
상기 필름(a)와 상기 필름(b)가 동일한 재료로 형성되며, 또한 동일한 두께를 갖는 복합 가스 배리어 적층체. - 상기 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 복합 가스 배리어 적층체와, 상기 복합 가스 배리어 적층체의 한쪽의 외측면에 물리 기상 성장법에 의해서 형성된 투명 전극을 구비하는 유기 EL 소자용 복합 전극.
- 지환식 폴리올레핀 수지의 필름(a)의 적어도 한 면에 무기층(a)를 형성하여, 가스 배리어 적층체(A)를 얻는 공정과,
지환식 폴리올레핀 수지의 필름(b)의 적어도 한 면에 무기층(b)를 형성하여, 가스 배리어 적층체(B)를 얻는 공정과,
상기 가스 배리어 적층체(A), 상기 가스 배리어 적층체(B) 및 스타이렌계 열가소성 엘라스토머 수지의 필름(c)를, 상기 필름(a), 상기 무기층(a), 상기 필름(c), 상기 무기층(b) 및 상기 필름(b)가 이 순서로 되도록 겹쳐서, 가열 압착시키는 공정
을 포함하는 복합 가스 배리어 적층체의 제조 방법.
