Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- (A) 고무질 중합체에, 방향족 비닐계 단량체, 시안화비닐계 단량체 및 그 밖의 공중합 가능한 단량체로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 단량체를 그라프트시킨 그라프트 공중합체와,
(B) 방향족 비닐계 단량체, 시안화비닐계 단량체 및 그 밖의 공중합 가능한 단량체로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 단량체를 중합시킨 중합체와,
(C) 비정질 폴리에스테르와,
(D) 방향족 폴리카보네이트
를 포함하고,
상기 (C) 성분은, 디올 성분을 포함하며, 이 디올 성분의 총 몰%를 100 몰%로 했을 때, 2,2,4,4-테트라메틸-1,3-시클로부탄디올(TMCD) 잔기를 10∼70 몰%, 및, 1,4-시클로헥산디메탄올(CHDM) 잔기를 30∼90 몰% 포함하는 열가소성 수지 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
(A) 고무질 중합체에, 적어도 방향족 비닐계 단량체, 시안화비닐계 단량체를 그라프트시킨 그라프트 공중합체와,
(B) 방향족 비닐계 단량체에, 적어도 시안화비닐계 단량체를 중합시킨 중합체와,
(C) 비정질 폴리에스테르와,
(D) 방향족 폴리카보네이트
를 포함하고,
상기 (C) 성분은, 디올 성분을 포함하며, 이 디올 성분의 총 몰%를 100 몰%로 했을 때, 2,2,4,4-테트라메틸-1,3-시클로부탄디올(TMCD) 잔기를 10∼70 몰%, 및, 1,4-시클로헥산디메탄올(CHDM) 잔기를 30∼90 몰% 포함하는 열가소성 수지 조성물. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 그라프트 공중합체(A)가, 고무질 중합체에, 방향족 비닐계 단량체, 시안화비닐계 단량체, 및 그 밖의 공중합 가능한 단량체를 그라프트시킨 그라프트 공중합체인 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 중합체(B)가, 방향족 비닐계 단량체와, 시안화비닐계 단량체와, 그 밖의 공중합 가능한 단량체를 중합시킨 중합체인 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 (C) 성분이, 디카르복실산 성분의 총 몰%를 100 몰%로 했을 때,
테레프탈산 잔기를 70∼100 몰%,
탄소수 20 이하의 방향족 디카르복실산 잔기를 0∼30 몰%,
및,
탄소수 16 이하의 지방족 디카르복실산 잔기를 0∼10 몰% 포함하는 열가소성 수지 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 (C) 성분의 인히런트 점도[ISO1628-1: 1998, 용액; 페놀/테트라클로로에탄=60/40(wt/wt), 농도; 0.5 g/dL, 측정 온도; 25℃]가, 0.45∼0.75 dL/g인 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 (D) 성분의 중량 평균 분자량이, 10,000∼40,000인 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 (C) 성분과 상기 (D) 성분의 합계량을 100 질량%로 했을 때, 상기 (C) 성분을 10∼90 질량%, 상기 (D) 성분을 90∼10 질량% 포함하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 (A)∼(D) 성분의 합계량을 100 질량%로 했을 때, 상기 (A) 성분과 상기 (B) 성분의 합계량이 20∼60 질량%, 상기 (C) 성분과 상기 (D) 성분의 합계량이 40∼80 질량%인 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 (A)∼(D) 성분의 합계량을 100 질량%로 했을 때, 상기 (D) 성분이 10 질량%∼50 질량%인 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 테트라히드로푸란, 테트라플루오로아세트산, 1,2-디클로로에탄, 시클로헥사논 및 클로로벤젠으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 용매에 용해했을 때의 불용분이 1∼35 질량%, 가용분이 65∼99 질량%이며,
상기 가용분 중에, 디페닐카보네이트(DPC) 잔기를 10∼80 질량%, 2,2,4,4-테트라메틸-1,3-시클로부탄디올(TMCD) 잔기를 1∼10 질량%, 및, 1,4-시클로헥산디메탄올(CHDM) 잔기를 3∼20 질량%, 테레프탈산(TPA) 잔기를 5∼40 질량%, 스티렌(ST) 잔기를 5∼30 질량%, 아크릴로니트릴(AN) 잔기를 3∼20 질량% 포함하는 열가소성 수지 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 염료를 더 포함하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 열가소성 수지 조성물을 포함하는 성형체.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 성형체가 무도장인 성형체.
- 제13항 또는 제14항에 있어서, 상기 성형체가 자동차 내장재인 성형체.
