Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 열가소성 성형 배합물의 제조를 위한 조성물로서, 여기서 조성물은 하기 구성성분을 포함하거나 또는 이들로 이루어지며:
A) 30 중량% 내지 90 중량%의, 방향족 폴리카르보네이트, 방향족 폴리에스테르 카르보네이트 및 방향족 폴리에스테르로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 중합체,
B) 5 중량% 내지 65 중량%의, 괴상 중합 방법에 의해 제조된 고무-개질된 에폭시 기 무함유 비닐 (공)중합체,
C) 0.5 중량% 내지 10 중량%의, 스티렌 및 적어도 1종의 에폭시-함유 비닐 단량체로부터 유래하는 구조 요소를 함유하는 블록 또는 그라프트 중합체,
D) 0 중량% 내지 20 중량%의 1종 이상의 추가의 첨가제,
여기서 성분 C는 100:1 내지 1:1의 스티렌으로부터 유래하는 구조 요소 대 에폭시-함유 비닐 단량체로부터 유래하는 구조 요소의 중량비를 갖는 것인
조성물. - 제1항에 있어서, 성분 A가 50 내지 2000 ppm의 페놀계 OH 기의 중량 비율을 갖는 것인 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 성분 C가 적어도 1종의 추가의 스티렌-공중합성 에폭시 기 무함유 비닐 단량체로부터 유래된 구조 단위를 함유하는 것인 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 성분 C 내 스티렌으로부터 유래된 구조 단위 대 스티렌-공중합성 에폭시 기 무함유 비닐 단량체로부터 유래된 구조 단위의 중량비가 85:15 내지 60:40의 범위인 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 성분 C가 아크릴로니트릴로부터 유래된 구조 단위를 함유하는 것인 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 에폭시-함유 비닐 단량체가 글리시딜 메타크릴레이트인 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 성분 C가 디클로로메탄 중에서 ASTM D 1652-11에 따라 측정된 0.1 중량% 내지 5 중량%의 에폭시 함량을 갖는 것인 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 성분 C가 폴리카르보네이트, 폴리에스테르, 폴리에스테르 카르보네이트, 폴리올레핀, 폴리아크릴레이트 및 폴리메타크릴레이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 중합체의 존재 하에 스티렌 및 에폭시-함유 비닐 단량체 및 임의로 추가의 공중합성 에폭시 기 무함유 비닐 단량체의 자유-라디칼 개시 중합에 의해 제조된 블록 또는 그라프트 중합체인 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 성분 C가 에폭시-함유 스티렌 중합체와 폴리카르보네이트, 폴리에스테르 및 폴리에스테르 카르보네이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 OH 기 함유 중합체의 반응에 의해 제조된 블록 또는 그라프트 중합체인 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 유화 중합에 의해 제조된 충격 개질제를 함유하지 않는 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 성분 D가 임의의 브뢴스테드-산성 또는 브뢴스테드-염기성 화합물을 포함하지 않는 것인 조성물.
- 200℃ 내지 350℃ 범위의 온도에서 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 조성물의 구성성분을 배합함으로써 수득된 성형 배합물.
- 제12항에 있어서, 20 ppm 미만의 단량체성 비스페놀을 함유하는 성형 배합물.
- 성형물을 제조하기 위해,
제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 조성물,
200℃ 내지 350℃ 범위의 온도에서 상기 조성물의 구성성분을 배합함으로써 수득된 성형 배합물, 또는
200℃ 내지 350℃ 범위의 온도에서 상기 조성물의 구성성분을 배합함으로써 수득되며, 20 ppm 미만의 단량체성 비스페놀을 함유하는 성형 배합물
을 사용하는 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 조성물,
200℃ 내지 350℃ 범위의 온도에서 상기 조성물의 구성성분을 배합함으로써 수득된 성형 배합물, 또는
200℃ 내지 350℃ 범위의 온도에서 상기 조성물의 구성성분을 배합함으로써 수득되며, 20 ppm 미만의 단량체성 비스페놀을 함유하는 성형 배합물
로부터 수득가능한 성형물.
