Claims (15)
- 적어도 하나의 전기 접속 요소를 갖는 판유리로서,
상기 판유리는 적어도
- 기판 (1),
- 상기 기판 (1)의 영역 상의, 전기 전도성 구조물 (2),
- 상기 전기 전도성 구조물 (2)의 영역 상의, 적어도 크로뮴-함유 강철을 포함하는 접속 요소 (3)
를 포함하며,
여기서 접속 요소 (3)는 접속 케이블 (5) 주위에 크림핑된 영역 (11) 및 땜납 영역 (10)을 갖고, 여기서 땜납 영역 (10)은 무연 땜납 재료를 통해 전기 전도성 구조물 (2)에 접속된 것인 판유리. - 제1항에 있어서, 땜납 영역 (10)과 크림핑된 영역 (11) 사이의 각도가 120° 내지 180°, 바람직하게는 150° 내지 170°인 판유리.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 2 내지 6개의 접속 요소 (3)를 포함하며, 이는 바람직하게는 5 mm 내지 50 mm, 특히 바람직하게는 10 mm 내지 20 mm의 인접한 접속 요소 사이의 거리로, 바람직하게는 일렬로 배치된 것인 판유리.

- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 접속 요소 (3)가 적어도, 66.5 중량% 내지 89.5 중량% 철, 10.5 중량% 내지 20 중량% 크로뮴, 0 중량% 내지 1 중량% 탄소, 0 중량% 내지 5 중량% 니켈, 0 중량% 내지 2 중량% 망가니즈, 0 중량% 내지 2.5 중량% 몰리브데넘, 0 중량% 내지 2 중량% 니오븀, 및 0 중량% 내지 1 중량% 티타늄을 포함하는 것인 판유리.
- 제6항에 있어서, 접속 요소 (3)가 적어도, 77 중량% 내지 84 중량% 철, 16 중량% 내지 18.5 중량% 크로뮴, 0 중량% 내지 0.1 중량% 탄소, 0 중량% 내지 1 중량% 망가니즈, 0 중량% 내지 1 중량% 니오븀, 0 중량% 내지 1.5 중량% 몰리브데넘, 및 0 중량% 내지 1 중량% 티타늄을 포함하는 것인 판유리.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 기판 (1)이 유리, 바람직하게는 평판 유리, 플로트 유리, 석영 유리, 붕규산염 유리 및/또는 소다 석회 유리를 함유하는 것인 판유리.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전기 전도성 구조물 (2)이 적어도 은, 바람직하게는 은 입자 및 유리 프릿을 함유하고, 5 μm 내지 40 μm의 층 두께를 갖는 것인 판유리.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 땜납 재료 (4)의 층 두께가 6.0 x 10-4 m 이하인 판유리.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 땜납 재료 (4)가 주석 및 비스무트, 인듐, 아연, 구리, 은 또는 그의 조성물을 함유하는 것인 판유리.
- 제11항에 있어서, 땜납 재료 (4)가 35 중량% 내지 69 중량% 비스무트, 30 중량% 내지 50 중량% 주석, 1 중량% 내지 10 중량% 은, 및 0 중량% 내지 5 중량% 구리를 함유하거나, 또는 땜납 재료 (4)가 90 중량% 내지 99.5 중량% 주석, 0.5 중량% 내지 5 중량% 은, 및 0 중량% 내지 5 중량% 구리를 함유하는 것인 판유리.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 접속 요소 (3)가 적어도, 니켈, 주석, 구리 및/또는 은을 함유하는 습윤 층 (6)을 갖는 것인 판유리.
- a) 접속 요소 (3)를 영역 (11) 내에서 크림핑에 의해 접속 케이블 (5)에 접속시키고,
b) 땜납 재료 (4)를 땜납 영역 (10)의 저부 상에 적용하고,
c) 땜납 재료 (4)를 갖는 접속 요소 (3)를, 기판 (1)의 영역 상에 적용된 전기 전도성 구조물 (2)의 영역 상에 배치하고,
d) 접속 요소 (3)를 에너지 입력에 의해 전기 전도성 구조물 (2)에 접속시키는,
제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 적어도 하나의 전기 접속 요소를 갖는 판유리의 제조 방법. - 건축물에서 또는 육상, 공중, 수상의 이동용 수송 수단에서, 특히 철도 차량 또는 자동차에서, 바람직하게는 윈드쉴드, 리어 윈도우, 사이드 윈도우 및/또는 글래스 루프로서, 특히 가열가능한 판유리 또는 안테나 기능을 갖는 판유리로서의 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 적어도 하나의 전기 접속 요소를 갖는 판유리의 용도.
