Description
Claims (14)
- 중합체 발포체가 그 안에 셀을 한정하는 연속 중합체 매트릭스를 포함하고, 중합체 매트릭스가 (a) 2 그램/10분 이상의 용융 지수를 갖는 하나 이상의 올레핀 블록 공중합체 25 내지 65 중량%, (b) 60 미만의 무니(Mooney) 점도 (ML 1+4, 125℃)를 갖는 하나 이상의 염소화 올레핀 중합체 65 내지 25 중량%, 및 (c) 중합체 발포체 내의 중합체 100 중량부에 대해 5 내지 30 중량부의 삼산화안티모니를 포함하며, 상기 중량% 값은 중합체 발포체 내의 총 중합체 중량에 대한 것인, 중합체 발포체를 포함하는 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 올레핀 블록 공중합체가 에틸렌 멀티블록 공중합체인 물품.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 중합체 발포체가 (a) 40 내지 60 중량%의 올레핀 블록 공중합체, (b) 60 내지 40 중량%의 염소화 올레핀 중합체, 및 (c) 연속 중합체 상 내의 중합체 100 중량부에 대해 5 내지 20 중량부의 삼산화안티모니를 포함하며, 상기 중량% 값은 연속 중합체 상 내의 총 중합체 중량에 대한 것인 물품.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 염소화 올레핀 중합체의 무니 점도가 55 미만인 물품.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중합체 발포체가 하나 이상의 염소화 파라핀을 더 포함하는 것인 물품.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중합체 발포체가 적어도 10 중량부의 삼산화안티모니를 포함하는 것인 물품.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중합체 발포체가 적어도 2.5의 발포 팽창 비율을 갖는 것인 물품.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상부 표피 층 및 하부 직물 층을 더 포함하고, 중합체 발포체가 상부 표피 층과 하부 직물 층 사이에 존재하는 것인 물품.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상부 표피 층이 (i) 5 내지 70 중량%의 하나 이상의 올레핀 블록 공중합체, (ii) 10 내지 80 중량%의 하나 이상의 염소화 올레핀 중합체, 및 (iii) 상부 표피 층 내의 중합체 100 중량부에 대해 5 내지 30 중량부의 삼산화안티모니를 포함하며, 상기 중량% 값은 상부 표피 층 내의 총 중합체 중량에 대한 것인 물품.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상부 표피 층 및 발포체 중 적어도 하나가 하나 이상의 프로필렌/알파-올레핀 공중합체를 더 포함하는 것인 물품.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상부 표피 층이 하나 이상의 염소화 파라핀을 더 포함하는 것인 물품.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상부 표피 층이 적어도 10 중량부의 삼산화안티모니를 포함하는 것인 물품.
- (1) 발포성 중합체 조성물을 제공하는 단계로서, 상기 발포성 중합체 조성물은 (a) 2 그램/10분 이상의 용융 지수를 갖는 하나 이상의 올레핀 블록 공중합체 25 내지 65 중량%, (b) 60 미만의 무니 점도 (ML 1+4, 125℃)를 갖는 하나 이상의 염소화 올레핀 중합체 65 내지 25 중량%, (c) 발포성 중합체 조성물 내의 중합체 100 중량부에 대해 5 내지 30 중량부의 삼산화안티모니, 및 (d) 발포제의 성분들을 포함하며, 상기 중량% 값은 발포성 중합체 조성물 내의 총 중합체 중량에 대한 것인 단계;
(2) 발포성 중합체 조성물 내의 성분들을 용융 블렌딩하는 단계;
(3) 발포성 중합체 조성물을 중합체 발포체로 팽창시키는 단계
를 포함하는, 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항의 물품의 제조 방법. - 제13항에 있어서, 발포성 중합체 조성물 내의 성분들을 캘린더링 방법에 의해 용융 블렌딩하여 시트를 형성하고, 시트를 상부 표피 층 및/또는 하부 직물 층에 적층한 후에 발포성 중합체 조성물을 중합체 발포체로 팽창시키고, 중합체 발포체가 상부 표피 층과 하부 직물 층 사이에 존재하는 것인 방법.
