Claims (10)
- 복수의 구동전극들 및 복수의 수신전극들을 포함하는 패널;
상기 구동전극들 중 제1구동전극에 대응되는 게이트라인들에 스캔펄스를 순차적으로 공급한 후, 터치감지기간이 경과하면, 상기 구동전극들 중 제2구동전극에 대응되는 게이트라인들에 상기 스캔펄스를 순차적으로 공급하는 과정을 반복적으로 수행하는 패널구동부; 및
상기 터치감지기간 동안, 상기 구동전극들 중 적어도 두 개 이상의 구동전극들에 구동전압을 순차적으로 입력하여 터치여부를 판단하는 터치감지부를 포함하는 표시장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 패널구동부는,
1프레임기간 동안, 상기 과정을 반복적으로 수행하여, 상기 패널에 형성되어 있는 모든 게이트라인들에 상기 스캔펄스를 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 패널구동부는, 1프레임기간 동안, 상기 게이트라인들 각각에 상기 스캔펄스를 한 번 공급하며,
상기 터치감지부는, 상기 1프레임기간 동안, 상기 구동전극들 각각에 상기 구동전압을 적어도 두 번 이상 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 터치감지부는,
상기 스캔펄스가 상기 게이트라인들에 공급되는 영상출력기간에, 상기 구동전극들 모두에 공통전압을 공급하거나, 또는, 상기 스캔펄스가 공급되는 게이트라인들에 대응되는 구동전극에만 상기 공통전압을 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 터치감지부는,
상기 스캔펄스가 상기 게이트라인들에 공급되는 영상출력기간에는, 상기 게이트라인들에 대응되는 상기 스캔 구동전극으로 상기 공통전압을 공급하며, 상기 터치감지기간에는 상기 구동전압을 상기 적어도 두 개 이상의 구동전극들에 순차적으로 공급하는 구동부;
상기 영상출력기간에는 상기 공통전압을 상기 수신전극들로 공급하며, 상기 터치감지기간에는 상기 수신전극들로부터 전송되어오는 감지신호를 이용하여, 상기 패널의 터치여부를 판단하는 수신부; 및
상기 패널구동부로부터 수신된 터치동기신호를 이용하여, 상기 구동부와 상기 수신부의 기능을 제어하기 위한 제어부를 포함하는 표시장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 터치감지부는,
터치동기신호를 이용하여, 내부터치동기신호를 생성하며, 상기 내부터치동기신호가 하강하는 시점마다, 상기 두 개 이상의 구동전극들에 순차적으로 상기 구동전압이 공급될 수 있도록 하는 스위칭신호를 상기 구동부로 전송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 터치감지부는,
상기 패널구동부로부터 수신된 터치동기신호가 하강하는 시점에, 상기 두 개 이상의 구동전극들 중 어느 하나의 구동전극에 상기 구동전압을 공급하고,
상기 터치동기신호가 하강한 이후, 내부터치동기신호가 하강하는 시점에, 상기 두 개 이상의 구동전극들 중 또 다른 구동전극에 상기 구동전압을 공급하며,
상기 터치동기신호가 상승하는 시점에, 상기 구동전압의 출력을 중단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 터치감지기간 중에 상기 구동전압이 공급되는 상기 구동전극들의 갯수는, 상기 터치동기신호가 하강한 이후에, 상기 내부터치동기신호가 하강하는 갯수보다 하나 더 많은 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 내부터치동기신호는, 상기 패널구동부로부터 전송되어 오거나, 또는, 상기 터치감지부에서 상기 터치동기신호를 이용하여 생성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치. - 영상출력기간 동안, 패널에 형성되어 있는 구동전극들 중 어느 하나의 구동전극에 대응되는 게이트라인들에 스캔펄스를 순차적으로 공급하는 단계;
상기 영상출력기간이 경과한 후 터치감지기간이 도래하면, 상기 구동전극들 중 적어도 두 개 이상의 구동전극들에 구동전압을 순차적으로 공급하는 단계; 및
상기 스캔펄스를 순차적으로 공급하는 단계와, 상기 구동전압을 순차적으로 공급하는 단계를, 1프레임기간 동안 반복적으로 수행하여, 상기 패널에 형성되어 있는 모든 게이트라인들에 상기 스캔펄스를 공급하는 단계를 포함하는 표시장치 구동방법.
