Claims (10)
- n개(n은 2이상의 정수)의 그룹으로 분할된 복수의 전극을 포함하는 패널;
타이밍 콘트롤러로부터 입력되는 RGB 데이터를 데이터 전압으로 변환하여 데이터 라인들에 공급하는 데이터 구동부;
수평 동기신호의 하이 로직(High Logic) 구간 동안 상기 패널의 픽셀에 상기 데이터 전압이 인가되도록 게이트 라인들에 게이트 신호를 순차적으로 공급하는 게이트 구동부; 및
상기 수평 동기신호의 n개 이상의 로우 로직(Low Logic) 구간마다 상기 n개의 그룹 중 어느 하나로 터치 스캔 신호를 인가하는 터치 감지부를 포함하며,
상기 터치 스캔 신호는 1 프레임 동안 상기 n개의 그룹 각각에 적어도 한 번 인가되며,
상기 터치 감지부는 상기 복수의 전극으로부터 터치 센싱 신호를 수신하고, 상기 터치 스캔 신호가 인가되는 로우 로직 구간들 사이에서 터치 좌표를 연산하는 것을 특징으로 하는 터치스크린 일체형 표시장치. - 삭제

상기 터치 감지부로부터 출력되는 상기 터치 스캔 신호를 상기 n개의 그룹 중 어느 하나로 인가하는 복수의 스위칭부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 터치스크린 일체형 표시장치. - 제 5항에 있어서,
상기 복수의 스위칭부 각각은 상기 그룹 별로 하나의 전극과 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 터치스크린 일체형 표시장치. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 터치 감지부는 상기 터치 스캔 신호를 상기 n개의 그룹 중 어느 하나로 인가하는 복수의 스위칭부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 터치스크린 일체형 표시장치. - n개(n은 2이상의 정수)의 그룹으로 분할된 복수의 전극을 포함하는 패널, 및 터치 감지부를 포함하는 터치스크린 일체형 표시장치의 구동 방법에 있어서,
수평 동기신호의 하이 로직(High Logic) 구간마다 상기 패널의 픽셀에 데이터 전압을 인가하는 단계;
상기 터치 감지부를 통해 수평 동기신호의 n개 이상의 로우 로직(Low Logic) 구간마다 상기 n개의 그룹 중 어느 하나로 터치 스캔 신호를 인가하는 단계; 및
상기 터치 감지부를 통해 상기 복수의 전극으로부터 터치 센싱 신호를 수신하고, 상기 터치 스캔 신호가 인가되는 로우 로직 구간들 사이에서 터치 좌표를 연산하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지며,
상기 터치 스캔 신호는 1 프레임 동안 상기 n개의 그룹 각각에 적어도 한 번 인가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 터치스크린 일체형 표시장치의 구동 방법. - 삭제
- 제 8항에 있어서,
상기 1 프레임 동안 상기 터치 센싱 신호의 터치 레포트 레이트(Touch Report rate)는 상기 1 프레임의 디스플레이 프레임 레이트(Display frame rate)보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 터치스크린 일체형 표시장치의 구동 방법.
